Phil Schneider was an ex-government engineer who was involved in building underground bases. Phil had a Rhyolite security clearance - the highest every to come out and tell it like it is. His work as a geologist for the government took him to over 70 countries and put him direct contact with the Alien Greys.

He was one of three people to survive the 1979 fire fight between the large Greys and U.S. intelligence and military forces at Dulce underground base. (Actually, one of several firefights, according to other sources. In May 1995, Phil Schneider did a lecture on what he had discovered. Seven months later he was tortured and killed by those for whom he had previously worked. This man's final acts should not go unnoticed.

Phil's connection to the Philadelphia experiment comes through his father Oscar. Oscar Schneider was the medical officer for the Philadelphia Experiment and kept that secret with him until he was close to death. Before he died, Oscar told Phil the true story of his past and gave him photographs to back up his claims.  less

For the last two years of his life, Schneider gave over 30 lectures to a variety of audiences across the globe, concerning conspiracy theories in which he claimed to be leaking information exposing them.   more...However, Schneider was never able or willing to prove his allegations (e.g. showing the entrance to Dulce Base). His claims received little mainstream notice, but caused quite a buzz in UFO enthusiast circles.

Schneider was found dead in his Wilsonville, Oregon apartment on January 17, 1996. He had apparently been dead for several days (perhaps up to a week), and reportedly had a rubber hose wrapped three times around his neck. Tim Swartz writes that "Clackamas County Coroner's office initially attributed Philip Schneider's death to a stroke or heart attack." Some suggest Schneider was murdered; supposedly because he was leaking information to the public, unveiling conspiracies. He in fact claimed to have avoided 13 murder attempts taken on his life during the time in which he was lecturing on conspiracy theories. He suffered multiple physical illnesses (osteoporosis, cancer, injuries). Officially, suicide is now stated as the cause of death.

The medical examiner took blood and urine samples at the autopsy but refused to analyze them, saying that the county would not "waste their money on a suicide". Although samples would be kept for 12 months, when asked for these samples to be sent to an independent lab 11 months later they were "missing" and presumed "destroyed". Schneider had missing fingers on his left hand, and limited motion in his shoulders. It may have been physically impossible for him to have held the rubber hose in his left hand with missing fingers and then wrap the hose three times with shoulders that had limited motion. In order to end up where his body was, he had to sit on the edge of his bed, wrap the hose around his neck, slowly and painfully strangle to death, and fallen head first into a wheel chair. Philip was an expert in chemicals and his own medical needs. He had multiple pills at hand that could have ended his life quickly and painlessly. He also had a 9 mm gun that he had borrowed to protect himself.  less

My grandmother was Mary Ruth Schneider (before she married my grandfather Earl Reich) and she had 6 brothers, Paul P., Charles A., Ervin M., Earl O. "Ott", John D. and William C. "Bill"   more...Schneider (all 7 are deceased now) and their parents were Phillip C. and Mary Jane (Redman) Schneider. Mary Jane Redman is a descendent of John Greathouse of Virginia. Her parents were George Taylor & Mary Elizabeth (Clarkson) Redman. There are also photos of my grandfather Earl Reich's sisters, Charlotte, Evelyn and Roberta. I know this video is long and won't be interesting to many but I spent weeks making it and actually made it for family members but decided to post it here for the few that might enjoy old photos, nostalgia and/or ancestory. Thanks to my 2nd cousin John C. Schneider (my grandmother's brother John D.'s son) for sending the photos and all the info back in 2005. In 1979 in Dulce New Mexico, Phil Schneider was drilling into the desert there to build an auxiliary base in the southern end of Dulce on top of an already existing underground base there. The already existing base had been built by the US government in the 1940's under ' operation blue note' but afterwards had been taken over by greys and reptilians. Over a period of two days Phil and his team had drilled four holes in the desert that went down several thousand feet.

One of the holes kept bringing up dirty dust, putrid odours and broken off machine bits that were sent down the hole. Boring machines and lasers came back up damaged when they were sent down there. A probe was then sent down that came back up totally missing. Eventually people were sent down. Phil was the first person to go. He was lowered down into the cave and when he got down there, standing around ten feet away were two seven-foot greys. He became petrified but managed to empty one clip from his pistol into the greys. As he was reloading one of the greys hit Phil with some kind of particle beam weapon which gave him a very high dose of nuclear radiation poisoning, similar to cobalt radiation but even worse. Phil's lung was burnt out of him and he has a huge scar running down his chest which he showed at his lectures which are available on video google.com. His fingers on his left hand were burnt off, his bones were burnt. He was basically cooked.

He was in radiation isolation therapy for 400 days plus. In the cave large metallic vats were found filled with human body parts, generally glands. In the vats were high tech stirring devices that stopped the blood coagulating."

Philip Schneider was born April 23, 1947 and died (many assume murdered) in January 1996. Philip Schneider claimed to be an ex-government geologist and structural engineer who was involved in building   more...underground military bases around the United States (possessing a level 3 security clearance, "Rhyolite 38").

Not only that, but Phillip Schneider also claimed he was one of only three people to have survived a deadly battle in which 66 American and NATO "Delta Force" soldiers were killed. This battle allegedly occurred in 1979 between Grey aliens and U.S. military and NATO forces at an underground base at Dulce, New Mexico.

This video is from a speaking done by Phil Schneider, a man who claims to have shot and killed two more... alien greys while working for the US military as a geologist in Top Secret projects. Shocking   more...is not only the story, but the fact that 4 months after speaking about this Phil was found dead, strangled to death in his own apartment. Did he say too much? Although contradicting to the death certificate, friends & family to Phil believe this was a blatant murder by the same people he had previously worked for. Officially the death was suicide, but as Phil would say, this was most likely "murder by suicide". Quotes from a lecture given by Philip Schneider in September, 1995: "Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the 1954 Grenada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people involved. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn't abide by it at all. Back in 1979, this was the reality, and the fire-fight at Dulce occurred quite by accident." "I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep. At that particular time, we had drilled four distinct holes in the desert, and we were going to link them together and blow out large sections at a time. My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, and recommend the explosive to deal with the particular rock. As I was headed down there, we found ourselves amidst a large cavern that was full of outer-space aliens, otherwise known as large Greys. I shot two of them. At that time, there were 30 people down there. About 40 more came down after this started, and all of them got killed. We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens.
