I provide my thoughts on a recent Mordeth13 blog. I agree with him on his overarching point but saw an opportunity to lend some of my own expertise on the subject of weightlifting. For some background   more...I started lifting October 2007. I've lost only 35 lbs but I've taken over 5 inches off my waist and I've done it through a balanced and driven approach that includes weightlifting. Maybe one day I can inspire someone but for now I'll settle for informing.  less
