Memorial video I made in loving memory of my nephew Blaine that contains video footage of him throughout   more...his years here with us. I made this for what would have been his 18th Birthday on January 25, 2008. Blaine would have Graduated from Lee County High School on May 30, 2008. LCHS put a Memorial page in their yearbook for him this year. I hope this video helps you to get to know my nephew at least a little. The song Rooster, was written by Cantrell of AIC about his father when he served in the 101st Airborne in Vietnam. No one knows for sure how he got that nickname, but some people are inclined to believe   more...that it had to do with the patches they wore of the 'bald eagles.' Two things were certain according to Cantrell, Rooster earned that nickname, and there were no bald eagles in Vietnam.  less

This is a Memorial video of my 13 year-old nephew Blaine who was killed in an ATV accident on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2003. He was wearing a helmet but it didn't help in his accident. He was a   more...great kid. He greeted people with hugs and was very loving, always respecting adults. Blaine was baptised only 25 days before the accident. Of all the bumper stickers his mother had given him for his ATV, he only put one on it and it simply said, "GOD". Blaine's best friend Jacob Davis (that you see in front of him in the band photo) died almost exaclty a year before Blaine. He is buried behind Blaine. The redish headstone you see in the gravesite photos is his. Such a shame and heartache to see such young kids dying. Makes you think about life alot. America needs more true voices from the inside. The whole country
needs updated   more...laws. These are new times people are starting to see the
ignorance and hypocrisy of the old laws.
Berry Cooper speaks the truth to the core on this! The judicial system in
our country is only interested in money from fines they can impose on
people for such BULLSHIT offences. In Kentucky you don't have to
wear a helmet to operate a motorcycle, but going without a seatbelt is a
$75 fine! Makes a LOT of f'g sense right?
Even innocent people go to jail!
Our country has a history of aggressively pursuing and placing more...
innocent people in jail and considering them criminals because they
broke a current law that was later proven to be unjustified. For example,
it use to be against the law for a slave to escape and the punishment
was extremely harsh. In 1955 Rosa Parks was arrested for refusing to
sit in the back of a bus. Only 70 years ago, a citizen was considered a
criminal if he/she possessed an alcoholic beverage (alcohol prohibition
1920-1933) and would be placed in jail. Our country use to deny women
the right to vote. Fortunately, America decided to change these laws
and stop classifying those who broke them as criminals.

The docile marijuana users of this nations are not criminals either just
as those mentioned above were not criminals. Unfortunately 750,000
citizens are jailed each year for violating unjustified marijuana laws. This
could happen to you and if it does, you will have to spend time in jail
with violent criminals, pay a large bond and hire a lawyer hoping you are
not sentenced to a lengthy prison term. Many people will consider you a
criminal which is very embarrassing and can be very damaging to your
reputation. All of this can be avoided by knowing your rights, avoiding
suspicious activities and understanding how the police think. "There's

fascinating insight into police thinking about drug interdiction tactics."

* Lose your drivers license
* Be disqualified from receiving a scholarship
* Have trouble finding a good job
* Be restricted from leaving the country or even your county
* Lose your right to vote
