Blue Drop is the story of two girls: one who is the sole survivor of a mysterious incident where all the people of an island disappeared, and the other more...who is an alien sent to Earth to do reconnaissance for an invasion. Like the manga it’s based on, the anime looks to have yuri themes (the aliens only have one gender - female), and as it’s been a while since I’ve watched a yuri show, I’m looking forward to seeing how it turns out. The animation quality looks like it’ll be really good too, so I’ve got my fingers crossed in hopes that this won’t disappoint. less
