Southern hospitality man, its a wonderful thing. BUT, it depends a lot on where you go, some of the big cities down here like Houston or Dallas, or Austin, the drivers can be just as bad as anywhere else.

I hate jersey drivers too but not for the same reasons you do. I live in PA and they come up here to see the Amish. They do 25 in a 45 and see no problem stopping in the middle of the road to take pictures of horses, cows and tractors...
