It was very stable and confidence inspiring. I was surprised at how well the stock tires gripped. The linked brakes are not ideal though and the rear tire was locking up a bit under heavy braking at the end of the long straight.

I do like that helmet, but to me helmets with vibrant designs or graphics are like tatoos. I'd have trouble finding one I'd want to wear all the time.

You probably already know this. Your cylinder heads run hotter than the temperature gauge reads. When you shut off the engine, you also shut off the water pump. So the coolant in the heads tends to heat up quite a bit as it soaks up the heat from

the combustion chambers.
Were you allowed to run regular coolant, or did you have to run straight water?

I would have known it if I had stop to think about it for a second. I would sometimes flick the key back to on to turn the cooling fans back on and that would maintain the temp before it started to drop slowly instead of having it increase further after

shutting the engine off.
