And people think nuclear plants are so much cleaner for the enviroment. Look at what our waste did over in the middle east in 91...the US has 4 states sitting on well over 600,000 tons of this waste.

I know. I don't live that far away from Oak Ridge where there is tons and tons of waste stored.
Nobody wants a storage facility anywhere near them, and for good reason. We have yet found a way to deal with nuclear waste safely and I don't think we ever more...

Great post- you always come up with something new that fits into the bigger picture of the real world! Thank goodness I'm not into champagne but the contamination of the water & therefore the entire food chain is quite scary. Keep them coming- I learn more...

I'm glad you appreciate it. Its hard to believe that something as important to France as there champaign would be allowed to be poisoned in any way. And that it spreads to other farms also, just shows the greed and or ignorance that becoming common place more...

I only drink champagne once a year but what I get is from the Champagne area of France. Well it used to be, I'll have to stop that now. :-(
