WOW! that's simply unconstitutional & immoral. always fight for what is right & don't give up. it's the little stuff , like this law, that will turn into something worse later. there is something to be said for those who truly care about the other people more...

Hopefully they'll just be laughed right out of the senate. I'm sure there's some guys down there in Jackson who would be affected by the law. I know those guys have people who run them coffee and such, so they probably don't move a whole lot, lol.

yeah, encouraging healthy eating is a good thing, but trying to legislate it with a restaurant ban seems pretty ass-backwards. so to speak.

I'm so glad there's someone else here that's seen those commercials. The one with Haley Barbour in it especially makes me cringe. I was gonna snatch one off of Youtube and put an example, but there were none... and I guess I don't blame folks for not more...

First... I really dig the new hair. It looks awesome!

Second... I don't think that bill will ever be put into law. All it does is hurt the citizens and businesses both. Plus there is that whole pesky constitution that always gets in the way of power hungry more...

Yeah... I agree with masterofthecontrol... certainly they couldn't really pass a bill like that. There are quite a few really stupid people in this world, though.
