I'm not sure if it's legal or not but every biker in Juarez, Mexico does it to some extent, the biker delivery guys do it all day, and I've done it past traffic cops who don't even bat an eye at it.

Its very upsetting watching all these videos in the states with blue skies and sunshine. In the last 3 months here, we've had 2 days with no rain. So depressing!

Nice vid. I noticed your camera has some black spots in the corners on the bottom. What kind of camera and how do you have it mounted?

It's a bulletcam mounted to the top of my helmet. The black spots are just part of the housing on the cam. They don't bug me so I haven't done anything to them.
