I'm now at 0.045" determined by the thickness of 11" nylon cable ties. There's a practical limit to how close you can go without pumping. To get rid if sludge switch from 304 to 316L.

I'm new to this and am very interested in your progress. To inlet the HHO into the intake have you considered the way a PCV valve woks to increase the volume as the vacuum decreases?

Q1: Have you charted you O2 sensor range over rpm changes?

Q2: What is the drop in efficency of the liquid over time?

Q: do you need adjust the O2 sensor voltage as the gas production decreases due to the liquid drop in efficency?

Really good questions. I've seen the O2 bounce between 300-800mv under various loads and rpms. The ECU does what it must with mixture to keep a precise 14.7:1.

Eff does not drop so much as overall production, only because electrolyte either evaporates more...
