What if you create a centrifuge with holes small enough to allow the oxygen molecules out but not the hydrogen. You could siphon off the hydrogen and oxygen into separate chambers. The centrifuge could be powered by the energy released during separation

by using a copper interior. Of course it would need a kick start but then the energy could be switched over from battery to centrifuge. The hydrogen could be then used for other purposes. Just another angle at it. I would love to tinker but I live below the poverty line. :)

comparison of 2 volts verses 1 volt across a 2 ohm resister.
E=IR
OR
V=AxR
OR
V/R=A
1.) 2/2= 2
2.) 1/2= .5
P=IE
Watts=Amps X Volts
1.) 1amp x 2 volt = 2watt
2.) .5 amp x 1 volt = .5 watt
as you can see-
if the resistance remains the same-
reducing voltage means
more...
reducing amps.
therefore-
if you reduce the voltage by half, your current is reduced by half.
The power is the 1/4 the original.
You changed the resistance of the cell, which raised the current.
I think you proved hho production is not a factor of lower voltage and higher amperage.
Perhaps there was increased leakage current?
It is good to see your math- it is solid science.

If you keep watching you'll see that, as I discover, output is proportional to wattage, not just amperage. We're just strolling down the primrose path together.

Would heating the Electrolyte up to a certain temperature make it more efficient? The molecules when heated would excite them and make their bond a little weaker. Have you tried all the known Electrolytes to see if there was a difference? Good luck.

Heating or allowing to come up to temp does increase current draw and output but efficiency (ml/min/watt) is not as easily affected.
So far I've experimented with NaHCO3, vinegar and NaOH. Also KOH but not in pure form so I can't rely on those results.

They were half what I got from NaOH and that just does not add up. Pure KOH is on the way.
