troops into Afghanistan to support the Taliban. I knew nothing of the politics involved or Afghanistan or the Taliban, but I did know that I was angry. Before I could even vote I was required to put my name to a list for conscription.
I have never voted.
I was so angry that I vowed never to participate in what I saw as an unfair and hypocritical system. Well, right or wrong I have kept that vow and I have had no regrets. The system is corrupt and disgusts me. No candidate since Bobby Kennedy deserved my vote anyway.
I am going to vote for Ron Paul.
At 43 and for the first time in my life I am going to vote for a truly great man. Thank god I will get the chance to vote for a really great candidate. I pray he stays in the race and is kept safe from the evil that we know is out there.
