1) usually you are alive when you are killed... thats why its called killing. what you mean, is that they are being slowly tortured and slaughtered while still conscious, without any attempt to at least end the suffering. Japanese culture is rich more...

wow, I do not know what to say... I mean I eat pork yet some cultures hold the pig in high regard...how would they react to us slaughtering and eating them? Or cows? Or horses?
