Hair and Clothing Television (HCTV) is a rare commodity in beauty and fashion
television. Dedicated to serving the multi-cultural community and the professionals who service the industry, HCTV provides information to the fashion buyer, retail buyer, hair stylist, make-up artist, beautician, salon owner, and the consumer. We are the only show that discusses how to obtain the total look - hair, clothing, and accessories. Our job is to remove the "veil" of misinformation that pervades the fashion and beauty industry regarding the Chicagoland market. To this end, HCTV offers its viewers a unique blend of "how -to" segments on the latest hairstyle and make-up looks. We also feature emerging designers who recently matriculated from Chicago's best fashion design schools. International fashion designers are featured as well.
