TOWN MEETING - PLEASE READ THIS

Rules of the meeting:
1. Please do not converse via the small windows, all discussion should take place in the big window and involve questions in text which the person who is in the big window may answer after they have said their peace.

2. Anyone who wishes to speak will be given an opportunity within the time limit of the meeting (2 hours) and up to 15 minutes per person to speak their mind and then answer questions.

3. Request the floor by either sending me a private message or asking in the chat when the person who is live is nearly finished. I will announce who the next speaker will be to the room prior to giving them the floor. Once that person has been announced, do not request the floor until that next person is nearly finished. In other words, try to maintain some order.

4. If we encounter spammers, click IGNORE, do not feed the trolls. Don't mention their existence. They will be banned as soon as possible but discussing them will only disrupt the meeting further. Just ignore.

5. Please remain on topic, this isn't a regular chat room, we want to get our points across to the LiveVideo higher ups and if we don't maintain order they're not going to be very willing to listen to what we have to say.

6. Keep things PG rated please, I won't kick anyone for the occasional 4 letter word but lets try to keep that kind of thing out of this discussion.

7. If you want to speak a second time, there may be a chance for that if time allows, so if you have already spoken and there is time to permit you to come back on cam with further thoughts we'll try to accommodate but there may not be time so try to get all you want to say in within the 15 minutes you've got.

8. We may have future meetings if the need arises and this one is successful but it all depends on you and how much you want to do this. This could be a good chance for us to get our thoughts across to LV management, so lets try to make this happen.

9. If you are a LiveVideo Admin and wish you address the members of the site, please tell me this in a private message. You may speak during the show or after everyone is finished to address everyone, but I don't expect this to happen, it'd be nice but, I doubt it.

10. Lastly, please understand that this show is NOT endorsed by LiveVideo or Live Universe, it is a COMMUNITY effort and may not even be looked at by the staff of LiveVideo. We hope it will be but there are no guarantees.
