LiveVideo uses Flash technology to stream its videos, so please make sure your computer has the latest version of Macromedia Flash installed. You will need a Flash player in order to view videos. Please visit Adobe to download Flash. Videos may not play smoothly due to your internet connection speed. For the best viewing experience, you will need a broadband connection. If you are unable to hear audio please take a look at the sound check: - Are your speakers turned on and plugged in? - Did you increase your master sound control level? - Is mute enabled? If so, did you disable mute? - Did you increase the volume on your video player to an audible level? - Have you tried increasing the volume of other video players such as Windows Media Player or Real Player?
If you are still unable to hear the audio for a video please test out multiple videos, or try viewing a video in another browser. You need to be sure to turn off the family filter on the front page. Even if you click on the disclaimer on an individual users channel, the mature videos on that channel will not show up unless you have the family filter turned off. If you add a director, all of their crew members are automatically added as friends of your channel as well. You must manually delete them after adding a director if you don't want them as friends of your channel. There are two solutions to this problem: First, check to make sure the URL "uploads.livevideo.com" is not in any of the restricted lists your browser uses to filter websites. Next, delete your cookies and clean out your browser's cache. Try closing and reopening a new browser window, and clearing your browser's cache.
