You must be logged in to upload photos. Once logged in, click on the Upload Photos link on the upper right hand side of the homepage to get to the photo upload form. From there, you select a file to upload, enter in a title, description, and tags (the process is very similar to uploading videos). Select if you want the video to be public or private, and then hit the "Upload My Photo" button.
