To sign up, click on “Sign Up” in the upper right corner of the page. You will also be prompted to sign up or log in if you click on members-only parts of LiveVideo. LiveVideo offers both regular accounts and director accounts. After you have signed up for an account you can log in by username and password using any “Login” link. Click on “Edit My Channel” and then “Edit Account” to change your email and password information. Click on “Edit My Channel” and then “Edit Account” to modify your email notification preferences. Your username cannot be changed after your account has been created so make sure you choose a good one! To unsubscribe from a channel click “Home,” then “My Subscriptions.” Click on the channel you would like to unsubscribe from then click “Unsubscribe.” Go to “Home,” then “My Subscribers” and click on “Delete” under the user you would like to remove. If you forgot your password you can request it by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link in the login page. You will be asked to submit the email you used to sign up. Cancellation requests can be sent to cancellation@livevideo.com. Please include your username in the request. Alternatively, you can delete your own account by navigating to the My Channel Admin section. Go to Edit My Channel, then Edit Account. There is a link at the bottom of the page you can click on to deactivate your account. The link to your channel is http://www.livevideo.com/YourUserName and cannot be changed once you've signed up for LiveVideo. So if your username is "JoeSmith" your permanent LiveVideo URL will be http://www.livevideo.com/JoeSmith. To upgrade your account, go to "Edit My Channel," click "Edit Info," and then click the upgrade button under the panel on the left. |
