Don't Pretend
Through speach you draw a diagram of what
you want others to believe is real.
Through my ears I hear only the directions
you choose to reveal.

With your hands and body you portray
a person full of love and glee.
With my eyes it is only hate and sorrow
in you that I can see.

When others ask you what you feel,
tell the truth say what is real.
When others watch as you display,
make your show the truth for that day.

I will love you as the person you hide inside.
When there is pain I'll be there by your   more...side.
Don't pretend just to join my graces.
Let the masks you shows be your own faces.
