I whipped up this extra aLiveJournal entry as a supplemental entry for Famecast, an online contest I'm participating in. I had a week to do it (couldn't think up an idea until last night), and had several guidelines (pick one of the sponsors, pick a line of dialogue, which was That's what she said! and an inanimate object come to life).

The original version of Fetal was made in 2000-2001 as a high school animation project, and managed to win awards at several high school and national more...film festivals. This Special Edition features remastered video and an all-new (rights cleared) version of "Winter" from Vivaldi's Four Seasons.
A little director's commentary: Among the stylistic inspirations for this film include Bill Plympton (we watched him a lot in class), and Pearl Jam's Do the Evolution music video directed by Todd McFarlane.
