Who Is fitryder

Personal Training is my day job and motorbike riding is something i cant get enough of!

Looking through youtube i noticed alot of good vids for improving your riding but all lacked that physical side to them.

As Keith Code says in "A Twist Of The Wrist II" your physical condition is part of the top 4 aspects of becoming a good rider.
