 | I am profoundly grateful to have found Eckankar, the Religion of the Light and Sound of God after so many years (lifetimes) of searching for answers to my questions about Life. My search criteria was that a religion, philosophy or teacher/master had to be able to provide me with the tools that would enable me to have spiritual/mystical experiences for myself; to prove/know Truth for myself. I felt that the biggest gamble I could take in life would be to take a chance and just trust my place in eternity to blind faith in someone else's experiences or revelations. I really hoped I didn't have to.
How joyful and enlightening to finally discover the truth about the Spiritual Laws of Life; to experience the reality, here and now, of the different heavenly/vibrational planes of existence (dispelling my fear of death through Soul Travel); to have the tools to understand the spiritual meaning of my Dreams - both sleeping and waking; to open my heart to Divine Love (God does love us!).
Over the years my Eckankar studies have taught me: the value and power of patience, love, and gratitude; the meaning of many of my past lives and my present mission; how to resolve my karma (good and bad) in this lifetime; how to balance and uplift myself by singing HU (a Love Song to God); how to daily become more aware of the ECK (Holy Spirit - the Force), the Light and Sound of God that sustains all life; how to avail myself daily of the outer and inner spiritual guidance and protection of Sri Harold Klemp, the present Mahanta, the Living ECK Master.
I have learned that we are each a unique eternal Soul, a son/daughter of God ... on a spiritual journey to eventually become a conscious co-worker with God. What an exciting adventure Eckankar is!

 | | | (Eckankar) The Books of ECK: Be Inspired 03:15 "The Books of ECK are advanced spiritual study in Past Lives, Dreams, Soul Travel, and more . . .
You go to books and you study the lives of other more...people, but most importantly, you go within. You go deep within yourself through the contemplative techniques, and you come in contact with the Light and Sound of God. And when you come in contact with this Voice, It will lead you to your home. This is the Ocean of Love and Mercy, which we know as God.
When you are looking to find God, you think, you plan, you look. First you think: What is my ideal? Then you plan what you can do to get there. My suggestion is to read an ECK book. . . ." ~ Sri Harold Klemp, Spiritual Leader of Eckankar

| | (Eckankar) The Temple of ECK: A Place for All Who Love God 06:44 The Temple of ECK in Chanhassen, Minnesota, is the worldwide center for the teachings of the Light and Sound of God. Located at the heart of the Eckankar more...Spiritual Campus, it is a local community church and a Golden Wisdom Temple. Seekers of truth come here for the spiritual study of Past Lives, Dreams, and Soul Travel.
"The Temple is here for a spiritual purpose, and it's not just for ECKists. It's for people of all religions. You don't have to leave your religion and become a member of ECK to enjoy the benefits of the ECK Temple; just come." ~ Sri Harold Klemp, Spiritual Leader of Eckankar How the Inner Master Works, Mahanta Transcripts, Book 12
"Any of you who visit the Temple of ECK will find it has a special character, a presence of its own. That presence is the love of God. Later, if you are ever in need of spiritual help, at bedtime imagine yourself back at the Temple. Ask the question that you need help with, and then just go to sleep. Often you'll awake in the morning with an entirely different view of the situation." ~ Sri Harold Klemp
"Another word for contemplation is appreciation. As you walk the trails in contemplation, think about all the reasons you have to be grateful. Think about the gifts in your life that have come from God, from the Holy Spirit, that make this life worth living. Think about the adventures that are coming, and be grateful for the strength to meet tomorrow." ~ Sri Harold Klemp

| | | (Eckankar) The Spiritual Year of ECK: A Year of Blessing 04:50 "October 22 marks the Spiritual New Year of ECK. Taking place in autumn, it signifies the high point or spiritual harvest in the year's cycle. It is a more...time of rededication.
Each new spiritual year carries a theme. This theme, or name, gives a focus to the spiritual direction of ECK initiates for the next twelve months." ~ Sri Harold Klemp, the Spiritual Leader of Eckankar The Living Word, Book 3, p. 211
