In recent times I have been able to talk to the spirit world, and one particular experience, was different to the rest in that instead of me conversing with spirits, I had an overwhelming feeling I was the spirit concerned. I could not see him, as I was looking out of his eyes, I felt that he was of spanish origin, maybe at the time of the Spanish Armada. He was a man of importance at the time, and the only thing I saw him doing was speaking to a crowd, he seemed to be a very intellegent man. At the same time I felt like I had a sharp pain in the centre of my left hand. One night I dreamt of him, and when I woke my wife told me that I had been speaking fluent spanish in my sleep,(spanish being a language I do not know.) The next day I went into a small trance trying to find a name, I grabbed a pen and paper, and with my eyes closed signed a name. When I opened my eyes I found what I had written to not be in my hand writing, and the name on the card was CERVANTES. Neither my wife nor I had heard of this name, until we decided to have a search for the name on the internet, not expecting any result, however, what we found was one of the most famous Spanish writers in history. His full name was Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, he was the author of such works as La Galatea and Don Quixote. Some of the coincidences are the name of his daughter ISABEL was the name my wife and I had already picked for our next child, the pain in my left had was linked to the fact that he had been shot in the same hand whilst fighting at Lapento, he also fought for the Spanish Armada. He had been imprisoned for alot of his life and ironically now I am a prison officer. And for some unknown reason I have always had a fascination with weaponry, and I now have an extensive collection of historic weapons, including imitation swords of the era. My wife thinks that the portrait given on the website has an uncanny resemblence to me only older, even our beards are exactly the same style and shape. You be the judge because I`m amazed.
I was in a past life regression remembering - my younger brother and I using one of our Dad's fishing boats, a sailing rig, and going out into the ocean, from Maine, centuries ago. My brothers friend was along, too. They were in the bow. In the middle of open ocean, I hit an underwater reef, our boat split in two at the mast, and sank immediately. I threw a dingy overboard without oars and dove in after it. I couldn't paddle it, and the wind blew me away from my brother and the other guy, who were clinging to driftwood, while the currents dragged them off in the opposite direction. I was aware that I could have spotted the wave conditions to avoid the reef, but was not paying enough attention at the time. I was also aware that my brother is now my oldest daughter, in this lifetime, whom I have a strong bond with. I perished at sea, of dehydration, lying in the bottom of the dingy. This explains why I have no love of the ocean, though I feel that I do "know it." Gary Dorsey
Twelve years ago, I went to a psychic that told me that I had problems with migraine headaches...I did at that time..usually about 4 a month. She asked me if I was interested in knowing why I had these migraines through a past life experience...of course I said yes. She told me that I was a young Mexican boy living in Mexico. She told me that I was the bread-winner of a large Mexican family and that my father had passed away suddenly. She said that I worked in a mine and was very comfortable there. I also worked for a slave driver. She told me one day there was an explosion in the mine...and I had the option to leave the mine, or to stay in the mine and be killed. I chose the latter...to stay in the mine and be killed. She told me that the broken rock fell on my back in the explosion and snapped my 3rd vertibrae. She told me that if I went to a reflexologist, and got them to work on the 3rd vertibrae, she guarenteed I would never have a migraine again. During my next migraine episode, I contacted a reflexologist and explained the story to her...she did two treatments and I have never had a migraine since in 12 years. The funny thing was...5 years previous, I was working in an underground gold mine giving mine tours, and everytime I got to a certain part of the tour, my back felt like it had arthritis....(thus the past life experience), but I did feel very comfortable in the mine! When i was about 14 i went through a big Egyptian kick. I bought a ton of books on the subject and read them all. One night i was up late reading one and suddenly had feeling that the information was not correct. The book was an old one so i figured i might have read the information some where else( though i secretly knew i haden't). The next day i went to the libary top try and see if what i felt was correct. I found a book on the subject that had come out only a month ago that confirmd my suspisions! There was no way i could have know the details since it was new research. CD.
I have a recurring dream in which I am coming down a long marble staircase like the one in Tara in "Gone With the Wind." I don't look like me but I know it is me. I am wearing a white ruffled dress with a long train and a bustle in the back. I am very young and beautiful with black hair cascading over my shoulders, enchanting green eyes and crimson lips. I look like a southern belle in evrey aspect. I reach the end of the staircase and at the bottom, there is a marble table with a letter sealed with wax and a gold letter-opener and nothing else. I pick up and open the letter with the opener and a look of utter despair comes over my face. I never know what the letter contains but it devastates me. In a fit of grief and despair I plunge the letter opener into my heart. The dream then goes into slow-motion and I slowly fall as crimson stains the front of my white dress. Suddenly the scene changes and I see myself laid out in a wooden coffin surrounded by candles and my mother sits quietly weeping over my body. She doesn't look like my mother either but somehow I know it is her. She is the only mourner and in the background, people are having a party. They are laughing and drinking and dancing and then I wake up.
I had a dream where I was wearing colonial clothes. I was running down a wharf in my town and got to the edge of the dock and I took off my socks and shoes. I was dipping my feet in the cold water when my mother found me and got so mad at me she kicked me in the ankle. Today I have ankle problems and I have to put my feet in first when I go into the water.
Well, I don't know what all of this means but a lot of things happen to me. One time, I went to Salem, Massachusetts, and when I got to the town border i got a huge chill and I had to close my eyes. When I did, I saw a vision of a little girl with blonde hair running in a field towards a congregation on people, and there was somewhat of a stage set up in front of everyone. On that stage there was a man in a black pantsuit and a hat reading something to a blonde haired woman on the stage. As she got closer I could somewhat see her face and the running girl was crying as well as the woman on the stage [she also had her hands tied behind her back.] They put a noose around the womans neck and pulled on a cord and she fell a little, but she was just hanging there. The little girl stopped running and I could hear her say, "Momma! No!" and she fell to the ground. When I woke up I was crying too and.. yea I was kind of freaked out. I also figured the girl was me since I was cryin! g and all.. and I recongized the place, and later found out that it was just outside of Salem. Next thing that happened to me -- I was in a resturant and I was eating a lovely steak and I smelled something I recognized SO well[like something you remember from your childhood.. grandma's homemade cookies.. like that], thyme. A few seconds later [my mom told me] I blanked out completely and I saw me [looked VERY similar to me] sitting stiffly on this wonderfully ornate couch [like the ones you find in a upscale antique shop]. What I was wearing -- a lavander dress white button on a high col lar, ruffles on the end of long tight sleeves and I saw black, slightly scuffed button up shoes. [side story! one time when I was a bit younger, we took a field trip (I don't know where) and they asked if anyone knew what the hook and latch (I dont know the name) thing was for and I just got up and told this whole story of how you use it to button up shoes and I said I cut my finger on it once.. but I couldn't have, since this was the 1990's.. so I was confused and I sat down. It was v! ery weird, since I still do remember cutting my finger on it once!] Anyway, so in the corner there was a man putting silver and glass ornaments on a Christmas tree and that thyme was the smell of the tree! There are also other visions I have seen, one from Egypt, that I see often in dreams, and whenever I see something from that era. Also ones from the Mideval times, I believe I might have been a lady-in-waiting or princess [highly unlikely!].. since all of them occur within a castle, around a princess I haven't seen any of these things since I was around 13 [i'm 15 now] but all of these visions started when I was around 8. So I think these are visions of my past, because I certianlly would not just come up with these things by myself.. I don't have a good imagination! Liz.

Past Lives or reincarnation, is a belief or many religeons and spiritual movements such as Hindu traditions, Buddism, African Beliefs, Native American, Paganism and new Age movements. In India the idea of past lives was introduced in the Upanishads, c. 800 BCE. In Tibetan Buddhism the soul of an important lama reincarnates into an infant born nine months after the passing away of the lama. Also some ancient Greek philosophers believed in past lives. Some Gnostic groups believe in past lives, but in a negative concept. In some ancient societys people were buried with their possessions in a belief they would take them into future lives. Past lives was also a part of Norse mythology. The Church of Scientology, accepts the belief in past lives. Another strong supporter of the belief in past lives was well known american "Edgar Cayce". Most present day Christian beliefs reject past lives. Islam also rejects the concept of past lives. Future lives is based on the belief of past lives, for in order to have another incarnation in the future, we must have had a past life. But there is also a belief in reincarnation that we must past through some sort of spiritual plane in order to travel from our past lives to the next life. Many people belive in the theory that how we live in our past lives governs what our journey will be in the next life.
Past lives is the belief that as we reincarnate we do so in a different body. Belief in past lives may also help us to understand, "why are we here" in this life. Some people feel that a person who has done evil in their past life will suffer in this life.

| | LIFE AFTER DEATH. | | | | Sunday, November 16, 2008 (12:44 PM) | | Death is a long process and death of the physical body is the first stage of that process. After the shedding of the physical body (including the etheric body) there are two further bodies to shed, the astral-emotional body, and the mind body. There can be a gap of few days to thousands of years from the shedding of the physical body to shedding of the astral body. There is a further gap between the shedding of the astral body and the shedding of the mind body. After the shedding of the mind, the soul can exist for a long period of time in a state of bliss before creating another physical body to reincarnate again on earth.
At the time of death the astral body with the etheric, the mental and the causal bodies separate from the gross physical body. The etheric body disintegrates few days after death and the person is left with the astral body and the other two subtle bodies, the mental and the causal body. The astral body resembles the physical body in appearance and people can feel more alive when dead than when they were still living.
Therefore in reality there is no death and it is only a transition from one state of consciousness to another state of consciousness. In practice we are in a state resembling death during sleep. Only difference is that we can return to our physical body after having a dream but we cannot do so after death.
After a sudden, an unexpected or a traumatic death some people fail to recognise that they are dead. This is sometimes the reason for the phenomenon of 'ghosts', or earth bound souls, where a dead person after failing to recognise that he or she is dead continues to live and work in the places where they used to live and work before their death. Sometimes even though the dead person knows that he or she is dead, they continue live in the same surroundings either because of their greed for the material possessions left behind or because of their love for the people left behind.
After death the person should ideally start living on one of the seven astral planes. It may be difficult for someone who has never heard about the astral planes while they were still alive to suddenly find the astral planes, especially if they haven't got anybody to guide them. In the usual case of an expected death, the dead friends and relatives living on the astral plane start visiting their friend or relative still living on the physical plane but is about to die and pay their last respects. They will again visit the person after death and take him or her to the astral plane and acclimatise, guide and train the person to living on the astral planes.
The astral plane is an illusion created by the material minded human beings by their creative visualisations. Some people refer to these planes as heaven but some of the lower astral planes could be as bad as hell. The astral matter is very pliable and people living on these planes could create anything they wish by creative visualisation.
Therefore one could create an illusion of a hell or a heaven for oneself by creative visualisation. Therefore what is important after death is your inner state of mind. If one is full of sadness, guilt, and remorse, one could create an illusion of a hell for oneself or if one is in a state of happiness and bliss one could create an illusion of a heaven. A religious or a non-religious person brought up on a diet of heaven; hell or eternal damnation has a very good opportunity to create an illusion of a hell or heaven for himself or herself depending on their belief systems.
As there is no physical body to nourish and to protect, people living on the astral planes do not need to eat, drink, sleep, breathe or protect themselves from the elements. As there is no physical body one cannot experience physical pain but only emotional or mental pain. But a person who does not know this could create an illusion of pain for themselves.
There is no need to work or to earn a living and one could travel anywhere simply by the power of thought. But because of our material nature people living on the lower astral planes continue to do what they did on earth in their self-created illusionary world. Some people continue to work, eat, drink and sleep, though there is no need to do any of these things.
Some people attempt to contact their dead relatives through the use of mediums and it may be possible to contact them. But there is no way of proving that these communications are genuine and one could become a prey for fraudulent mediums. It is best to leave the dead alone and get on with your own life. Some people try to get teachings from people who are dead via mediums. Just because somebody is dead it does not make him or her spiritually more evolved.
People who remain on the astral planes engrossed in their own self created illusions without moving onto higher planes are generally less evolved than people living on earth. Therefore teachings coming from astral planes via mediums and spiritual guides should be ignored or discarded. Most of the spiritual guides are people belonging to the American Red Indian race who sometimes lived thousands of years ago and spiritually unevolved compared to people belonging to races currently living on earth and their teachings should not be trusted as true.
Spiritual evolution only happens on the physical plane and humanity living on the physical plane can make substantial expansion in consciousness compared to people living on the astral plane. Therefore a being who has spent several hundred years on the astral plane is far less evolved than people living on earth. There are lot of mediums producing channelled teachings from the so-called 'masters'. Basically they are bringing the illusions of the astral plane to the physical plane.
Communication with the astral plane may bring solace to people who are grieving for their loved ones to know that they still alive. Also it will remove the fear of death from people still living on earth to know that life does not end in death. The Holy Bible speaks of demons who possess people, and perform evil acts. What about modern day demons? The media and the church keep demon awareness alive. How can we be protected from demons? The absolute best defense is knowledge. The following paragraphs will discuss how to gain a better understanding of demons and what they are through educating yourself by looking no further than the Holy Bible.
The first thing you should do when you are using the Holy Bible to gain knowledge regarding demons is to pray. You should ask the Lord for enlightenment, so that you may know the truth about demons, and have help recognizing them.
After praying, pick up your Holy Bible and read. If you don't understand a passage the first time, read it again, taking into context the preceding and following verses. What didn't come to you the first time, you may come to understand after rereading the information.
The Holy Bible states that demons are fallen angels that now serve Satan. According to scripture, demons were cast out of Heaven along with their master, Satan, until Judgment Day comes. Demons despise God and everything He stands for, including His children.
In the Holy Bible, you will find that demons do have power, but it is limited. They may find strength in knowledge, have the ability to inflict physical and mental illnesses, however, they fear Jesus. They know they are subject to His great authority. The Holy Bible tells us that Jesus gave his disciples the power and authority to cast out demons, or perform exorcisms. Demons know are well aware of this fact

The origins of the belief of demons among the ancient societies of the world have been shrouded in mystery and it is uncertain just exactly where the concept started, though a good start would be with the Persian and Assyrian empires... some of the most ancient civilizations that we are aware of today.
Nearly every culture that has been recorded in the history of mankind has had some form or variation of demonic belief. Today the most widely recognized aspects of demonology are derived from Judaic, Christian and Catholic sources. Many archaic stereotypes presented within these religions, as well as the prolific historical inaccuracies long associated with fictional print and media, persist in spite of evidence to the contrary.
Most people today imagine short horns, leathery bat-like wings, long pointy tails and menacing pitchforks to be the common accepted image of demons in general, and Satan in specific. However, this is a far cry from how demons were presented in the past.
Initially, in many of the most ancient cultures of the past, demons were seen as having the capacity for both good and evil. The origin of the word demon, in fact, may have come from Indo-European sources and simply meant 'Celestial Body'.
There has often been confusion when regarding Devils and Demons in many Orthodox traditions. A Devil is an entity who usually fights a goodly and divine authority for control of existence. Many such battles will be settled in an 'End of Time' scenario where the forces of good vanquish the forces of evil.
Demons are much like Angels in that they are lesser beings who are usually under the authority of the prevailing Devil. They are always malevolent in nature, and seek to torment humans with their dark and wicked ways. The means by which they wreak havoc are threefold:
#1: In spiritual form they whisper evil thoughts into a person's mind, trying to corrupt them to do wrong.
#2: In spiritual form they restlessly wander the earth and torment others with their mere appearance.
#3: They actually possess someone and control their actions, usually causing them to harm others, or at the very least, themselves. This is called 'Possession', and even today it wreaks fear in many just by even mentioning it.
Another thing that is usually representative of demons in nearly every culture; they are usually grotesque in appearance, and more than likely half animal at least.
Perhaps one of the greater influences in restoring interest in demons and their study in the mid-20th century was Anton LaVey, the author of the Satanic Bible and the founder of the Church of Satan. LaVey believed that Christianity was a repressed religion, and the true power of Satanic belief was the lack of limits imposed on the believer. LaVey believed that man ought to have the supreme choice over his life, not a God, or any god.

Poltergeist comes from the German words "poltern" which means "to rumble" and "geist" which means "ghost" In other words,a poltergeist is a noisy,troublesome ghost. My personal opinion is that they are human,dark spirits. They enjoy causing trouble,scaring people and generally making our lives miserable. These types of ghost can be extremely difficult to remove,simply because they are so strong. Think about this for a moment,if I asked you to levitate the chair you are sitting on by the power of your mind,then you probably would not be able to do it,would you ? Yet poltergeists can,that is exactly what they specialise in. They have learned how to use the powers of their minds and to draw from the energy around them (including our energy) to move physical objects. Not an easy feat. Furthermore,they enjoy this type of activity and have no intention of stopping it just because we want them to. That makes it even more difficut to remove a spirit of this type. Poltergeists tend to draw much of their strength from our emotions. It is very common to have poltergeist activity when you have a child entering in or already in puberty. These children give off massive amounts of emotional energy,which the ghost can use to its advantage. Likewise,they can feed off of our emotional energy. It is highly advisable to remain calm when dealing with a poltergeist. Getting angry or extrmely frightened only makes matters worse. I would say,do not try and remove one of these spirits yourself,unlees you really know what you are doing. There are certain spirits which will latch on to the living,and actually drain a persons life energy. Usually a very gradual process. Like a tick,these spirits thrive at their hosts expense. there are many types of parasitic entities,some times called "spirit attachments" some are human some are not. But all of them are equally dangerous. So,what happens if a parasitic entity latches on to you ? Do you just drop dead because they sucked all your energy away ? No,not at all,but you may start feeling very tired and weak.having poor sleeping patterns and nightmares. Illness will be the likely result,because the body no longer has the strength to fight it off Now youve got big problems.Far more than i can help you with. What many people fail to realise is that these spirits DO have the right to stay exactly where they are. how would you feel if someone came along and told you that you would have to leave your home or wherever you happened to be ? If you refused,they could pick you up and remove you,but we cannot do that with spirits because they dont have bodies. These spirits can choose to stay exactly where they are for as long as they want to,and there isnt a thing we can do about it. Now,having said that,there are a lot of spiritual protection measures you can perform to protect you and your family. my strongest advice is,if you are being terrorised by a spirit/ghost in your home,and you feel threatened by it,then remove yourselves from the situation. if that means leaving your home temporarily,then do it. Once you are safe,consult a qualified spiritual practitioner.and they can concentrate on removing the spirit from your home,even if you are no longer residing there. how do i know who is qualified ? There are a lot of people quite ready to charge astronomical fees to "cleanse" your home. Best avoided. There are others who will only charge for their travel and time,but how do you know if they are qualified ? My best advice is ask a lot of questions,anyone genuine will not mind answering them. If you were nice in life,then you will be nice in death and vice versa. it is very possible to encounter a loving ghost as well as a mean,nasty one. But again,mean and nasty does not mean "evil" Evil spirits are typically not human,they are demonic. As I said above,they are extremely rare and most people will not encounter them in a whole lifetime. what is referred to as an "evil spirit" is just an unpleasent or "dark" human spirit. the difference between dark spirits and evil spirits is this,evil spirits are usually demonic in form,not human. They are evil because they are not "of God". they were not created by God. they are spiritual manifestations of darkness,destruction,chaos and suffering. they serve only one purpose,to create yet more darkness in the world. dark spirits are typically human,but they are distant from God. they were created by God as light beings (like all of us) but then transitioned to darkness and they are now seperated from God.(either by choice or by circumstance). But they always have the choice to return to the light. how can you tell the difference between an evil spirit and a dark spirit ? dark spirits usually feel cold and "dark" (as in,not good) but they do feel human and may appear as human if you see them. you may feel frightened of them,or even threatened by them. evil spirits on the other hand may be accompanied by a horrible rancid stench (once you smell it you never forget it) They emanate evil. You can feel it,its a black,dark,empty feeling that seems to soak right into you. Believe me when I tell you that you would not easily forget it if youd ever come face to face with one of these beings. Luckily most of us never will. It can be very difficult to tell the difference between truly evil spirits and those that are just dark,because our fears can be triggered by dark spirits,making us think that we are dealing with an evil spirit. residual hauntings are not really "hauntings" in the usual sense,because there is no spiritual consciousness attached to the ghostly happenings. Buildings and land can absorb emotional life energy from the beings that live(or have lived) there,and when atmospheric conditions are right,those energies can be re released,causing all sorts of strange phenomena. you may see appiritions,hear voices,music or footsteps. but unlike traditional hauntings,there will be no interaction between you and the "ghost". there is no ghost really,just a series of events "replaying" themselves,much like watching a movie. | | GHOSTS,SPIRITS AND HAUNTINGS. | | | | Monday, August 11, 2008 (7:11 AM) | | | What is a ghost exactly ? .Do they even exist ? .Or are they figments of the imagination ?.Good questions ! I can answer only from my personal experience. Someone who has had different experiences than I have,would undoubtedly have different answers and beliefs regarding the spirit realm.Since this is my channel i will share my views with you on these matters. To understand how "ghosts" are created,lets first examine the death process. Most of us identify more with our physical bodies than with our spirits. the "you" that walks around every day,the "you" that goes to work and comes home in the evening,the "you" that runs errands and plays tennis ect is not the real "YOU". Your body is simply a shell. you are attached to it now because you are "in" it. Once your spirit leaves your body,you see that it was just a vehicle you used to get around while you were here on earth.It holds no more importance to you than an older car that you are ready to trade in for a newer model. you may have some emotional fondness for it,but,thats it ! . The real "YOU" is the part that thinks,that loves,laughs,feels hope and joy and has faith that there is a "God" This "you" is your soul,your essence,the part of you that observes the world while living in it. We are all spiritual beings FIRST, material beings second. When your spirit leaves your body ,your consciousness does not "die" nor does your personality change. you are still "YOU" but better !!. You may become aware that you have no pain. You feel light and buoyant. this is because the spirit body cannot be damaged. whatever ills you suffered ,your spirit body will not share them. You will be whole and beautiful and filled with light. ok,so there you are ,standing outside of your physical body,wondering what just happened ?. At this point,a Spiritual Guide may appear to help you to the other side,or perhaps,far off,you see a tiny speck of light in the distance,and begin to move towards it naturally. This is the defining moment when GHOSTS are created. What if the person has just died did some terrible stuff in life ? and they just know that "God" is going to send them to "Hell" forever? . How likely are they to want to see God. Not very !. so they move away from the light. Or maybe they dont know what the light is,so they are naturally afraid of it. this is common for Athiests because they expect conciousness to just "blink out" when they die. When that doesnt happen,they become confused and may not realise that they can move on. Sometimes,if a person dies in a very sudden,unexpected way,they may have no idea that they are "dead" They find themselves standing at the scene of an accident,wondering what has happened. Sometimes,people do realise that they have died,but they dont want to move into the light right away,because they want to be assured that loved ones will be ok without them. they may stay around for a few days,even attending the funeral to try and comfort the family members. this happens a lot more than you might think !. However,these type of spirits often move on shortly afterwards and do not become ghosts. When a spirit gets stuck on the earth plane,they are often referred to as Earthbound. However,they are not really "bound" at all. Each of them can choose to move on at any time. Some of them choose not to as described above. But others are truly lost,and do not know that they are dead. spirits of this type usually get attached to a certain place (like the house they lived in before they died) and refuse to leave. If you have the misfortune to move into that house,the spirit will not take kindly to you being there. remember,they think it is still thier house,how would you feel if a whole bunch of strangers suddenly moved into your home with you ?. Items around your home are misplaced only to turn up somewhere else days or weeks later. You hear bangs and knocks around your home.In the middle of the night you awake to the feeling of someone or something in the room with you. You try asking the spirit to leave,you carry out the ancient ritual of cleansing,but all to no avail,the spirit/ghost is still with you,refusing to go. What else can you do ? For some stubborn ghosts you may want to cleanse your home with Holy Water to remove them. You can walk around your home,again remember to reach every room,attic,cellar,ect and splash this water by dipping your fingers in it and sprinkling it everywhere. Dont forget the outside also. During this process,remember to tell the spirits that it is time to leave and move on into the light. Many people have claimed success by reciting The Lords Prayer while splashing the Holy water. light a white candle and let it burn,while you visualise in your mind your home being ghost free. If all of the above does not work,then you must go back to the most ancient properties known,salt. Natural salt has properties we have little knowledge of,it is a natural cleanser and seems to have the ability to absorb negative entities. the oldest spells,charms and incantations used salt,it has roots that go back over 2000 years. Your first step would be to cover all of your window seals and doorways with salt remembering to tell the spirit that it is time to leave your home and move into the light. For a particularly stubborn spirit you may decide to encircle your whole home. Purchase enough cartons of salt to pour a solid layer in a continuous line about half an inch wide around your home. Most homes will require about 12 cartons. Make sure you buy kosher,sea salt or even ordinary plain salt,just not the iodised variety,it is not a natural product. As you prepare to start,you must announce to the spirits in the home that you are going to encircle them with salt,and they can either choose to leave or be trapped there for all time. you must make the announcement in a loud clear voice,capable of being heard throughout the home. Affirm to them that you will not warn them again,and that they must leave. Pour a stream of salt in a continuous stream around the area,and always in a clockwise direction. Never pour in a counter clockwise direction. Leave a small unsalted opening about 3 feet wide at the juncture of the circle and announce that all the spirits within the circle have a limited time to leave. State the time giving them only 5 minutes to leave. Call out the time as it goes by "4 minutes left !" "3 minutes left!" and so on. as the last minute of time is announced,start to call out the seconds "30 seconds left !" and so on. as it gets down to the last few seconds,you should feel a rush of what seems like wind going past you,the spirits are leaving. At this time pour the salt and close the circle. It may be necessary to repeat the above processes more than once if this does not rid your home of the ghosts/spirits then you may need to carry out even stronger methods to remove your unwanted guests. | | REMOVING GHOSTS/SPIRITS FROM YOUR HOME. | | | | Saturday, August 9, 2008 (8:41 AM) | | Recently I have had discussions with others on the idea of "cleansing " their homes. through my search for information on cleansing i have learned there are many ways to accomplish this. From spells,rituals,prayers and even just asking the ghost/spirit to leave.I personally feel that most cleansings are done out of fear. People fear what they do not understand and try to get rid of what they fear. we must first acknowledge that ghosts/spirits are just people like us but without their physical bodies. If we try and remember that just like us they have intelligence,personality and emotions just like we do,then this should help us lessen our fears of them. If our loved ones are simply here visiting us as spirits,then why would we feel the need to send them away ? I can understand
however if a person feels that the loved one was held here and never crossed over. it is understandable how people confuse the unknown with "scary". we have all done it. It is very easy to feel something or someone with you and because you cant see it,it can frighten you. the unknown can be very frightening. it is up to you as individuals to try and understand what we do not know,rather than fear it. For me personally,the feeling of not being alone or the "bumps" in the night were and still are a little bit scary.Then after I calm down,I am more curious than anything and I want to learn about the unknown and who may or may not be with me.i want to know if it is simply my loved ones visiting me or maybe someone who needs my help. I feel that only through knowledge we can gain courage to overcome the things that frighten us. Most ghosts are harmless and only want you to know that they are there with you. they may play pranks on you like,footsteps,moving things,hiding items,ect. ghosts want to get your attention and let you know that they are there, and they thrive on your responses and emotions. Many families make friends with the entity and learn to coexist in the house. if this is not the case for you and your family,then there are many steps you can take to rid your home of these spirits. First off,dont panic,you do have control over the situation. Since most ghosts just want your attention,sometimes simply ignoring them and pretending you dont know they are there is enough,in time,to send them on their way. try speaking to the ghost,explain politely that they are causing discord in your home and that you would appreciate it if they would respect your need to live in a happy home. Instruct the spirits that they need to leave your home ,their time here on earth is up and they must move on into the light. you need to speak to them out loud just as if you were talking to a real person there in the room with you. say it with love and respect and NEVER challenge a ghost or spirit. your wording does not have to be fantastic,just speak loud and clear making your intentions known. many times this will do the trick,it has worked for me in this very house where i am writing this now. This may be enough for them to up and leave. if the spirit or ghost activity does not stop,or just stops for a while,the next step is a spiritual cleansing of your home.This is the traditional practice of "smudging." a home.Crack a window in each room of your house. Take a bunch of dried sage or some loose dried sage in a fireproof bowl or some sage incense if you can find it. light the sage and walk all over your home covering every room,doorway,corner,cellar,attic ect. being firm and unemotional,as you walk around each room,say loudly and firmly "This sage is cleansing out all negative energies and spirits,all negative energies and spirits must leave now and not return". do this until you sense the negative energy has gone and the home feels lighter Then say "This room is now cleansed" Remember not to worry about how you sound,the main thing is your intent.you must really mean what you are saying and believe in it yourself.Your intentions are to rid your home of negative energies and spirits and they will know this.
