(I'm feeling calm) | | A Higher Power:
What follows are a few thoughts on a mystical experience, the nature of God, and the path to be taken. A higher power, an infinite force in the universe exists, one that permeates every particle of matter and every living thing. We often ask that if God truly exists then why does evil and injustice triumph all too often over the righteous and true. Why do bad things happen to good people? My answer is that if God were to reach into the physical world and exert force on the side of good then where would it end? If a sparrow falls would God raise it over and over again? If you make a mistake and take an evil turn it is of your own free will. God cannot stop you from making this mistake without robbing you of your free will. It is a bargain between suffering, failure and death on one hand and the oppression of a predetermined universe where there is no free will on the other. The truth is that you are all free to succeed or to fail, to choose good or evil. Thus we find ourselves in a world of strife where people are basically good but where it seems all too often that evil prevails. Perhaps once in an age the destiny of the earth lies in the balance and Humanity in its folly prepares to fail in a catastrophic manner. God might then exert a powerful will and place a finger on the scales of destiny to tip the balance of power between good and evil, to save the earth from dying, or from a fate worse than death itself.
I believe we have come to such a moment in time where evil works with such force upon the affairs of men that nothing short of a divine intervention, a finger on the scales of destiny will save the soul of the earth. It is perhaps evident that God possesses a sense of irony in the choice of one who does not readily or blindly believe in an all powerful God to carry out this divine purpose. The vessel, the person to bring this message believed only in the five senses and the scientific method… but a mystical experience and standing in the divine presence has conferred a gift. Precognition is both my gift and my burden for I feel that my life is no longer my own to do with as I choose. I do not blame those who doubt this story in the cold light of day. Before my mystical experience I would not have believed it myself. To fulfill this mission and exercise this gift for the benefit of all can be the only true course. I do not claim infallibility or superior intelligence, or wisdom any more so than any other man. I have made mistakes in life, said and done things I deeply regret, I am a flawed individual but generally the only person I injured was myself. I am only one more human being living on this earth for a brief moment. Whether I succeed or fail I must try to use this gift to save lives and convince people to grasp their destiny in their own hands. We are facing evil men armed with weapons more powerful than atomic destruction but Humanity united together cannot help but prevail in the end. Once this terrible sword of destruction is put down let us change the course of human events. It is my hope to stand up against eternal strife…war, hunger, disease, poverty and ignorance. I wish to make war upon these sources of misery instead of each other. Utopia is unattainable but education, work, medicine, food, and peace are things worth fighting for. A mass movement that seeks to find common ground across nations and religions, one that seeks to realign humanity with justice and the will of a loving God is the path I hope to walk. Please, walk with me.

An American death squad is carrying out operations against innocent people in the US and other nations. The most sophisticated classified weapons in the US military arsenal are being used to target political activists and whistleblowers. Three previous illegal government programs have been combined into one. The Phoenix Program, Project MKULTRA, and Cointelpro have been combined into the current illegal government program that uses microwave weapons against potential enemies on a hit list. The Phoenix Program was the Vietnam War era assassination campaign targeting civilians in a war crime that violated the Geneva Convention. Project MKULTRA was the CIA crash program to decode the secrets of the human mind by using severe trauma and drugs to break the human mind in order to manipulate and control it. Cointelpro was the FBI secret counterinsurgency war waged against the Civil Rights Movement, the Anti-War movement, the Women’s Movement, and even the Environmental Movement. The government was waging an undeclared war against basically every progressive group in society. Elements of all three illegal programs have been combined into a modern day secret dirty war being waged against loyal Americans. Nonlethal microwave weapons were used by the USSR to attack the US embassy in Moscow in the 1950’s. These attacks went on for decades and were kept secret from the American people and the embassy employees. The US began a crash program called Project Pandora to develop our own microwave weapons. These weapons are the crown jewels of the military intelligence community because they have plausible deniability. Attacks with chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons, or attacks from bullets all leave physical traces. Nonlethal microwave weapons can disable and kill a target without leaving physical traces and this gives the assassin plausible deniability. The Pentagon terms slow kill, soft kill, and silent kill refer to the ability to assassinate targets with non-ionizing radiation that simulates a heart attack, cerebral hemorrhage, a cancer, or other condition that appears a normal cause of death. There exist public examples of these classified weapons. The Active Denial System is a public nonlethal microwave weapon that uses a 95 GHZ electronic beam to instantly heat the skin to 130 degrees and this weapon functions as a pain amplification device. Milliwave radars are military radars used for house to house fighting such that building materials are transparent but human bodies are easily identified inside buildings. Only the most benign microwave weapons have been made public to avoid a public backlash. The Joint Special Operations Command possess more advanced and lethal microwave weapons that can track and target people in any weather or terrain 24 hours a day. These weapons are so secret that they were only brought into the Iraq War when it appeared that the US forces might lose. High level Al Qaeda personalities were tracked and recorded 24 hours a day and assassinated at will. These same revolutionary technologies are being used to illegally track and target civilians on a hit list in the US and other nations in a secret dirty war. The man in charge of developing nonlethal microwave weapons for Army Intelligence since the 1980’s, Lt Col John B. Alexander, worked to move these classified microwave weapons from the DOD to the DOJ and into the hands of local law enforcement to use against domestic enemies on a hit list. Army intelligence officer Lt Col Michael Aquino has publically advocated using these classified weapons against civilians in their own homes. This is exactly what is happening to hundreds of victims that the author has interviewed in person. Hundreds of people who live in different parts of the country and have never met are telling basically the same story. They are targets of vigilante violence in the community including organized stalking and attacks from nonlethal microwave weapons in their homes. The majority of 200 targets interviewed have a history of political activism or are whistleblowers who have denounced criminal activity. The victims are all ages, including children, and all races, but the average target is a female in her forties with an IQ of 120 and a history of political activism. The target profiles are very similar to the target profiles of previous illegal programs such as Cointelpro and MKULTRA. This secret dirty war may be part of a very ambitious undeclared war of counterinsurgency and political infiltration. These weapons are a revolution in military affairs, an invention that turns the world upside down similar to the invention of nuclear weapons. It is imperative for an independent investigation of these war crimes, one with no ties to the administration or the intelligence services. Failing this aggressive investigation of Alexander, Aquino, the directors of the NSA and Army Intelligence, then our citizens are liable to selective assassination and our Republic is vulnerable to destabilization.

In order for national and world leaders to enjoy public friendship and acceptance they must publically sign a document affirming the following reforms.
In order to stop war crimes and to advance political reforms quickly all legislative and executive personalities will be asked to publically endorse the following measures and to pass these reforms in less than thirty days.
1. The Five Main EMW Reforms.
These previously elucidated reforms center on getting rid of EMW and shall be known as, EMW Reforms or, no more bad things, or simply THINGS.
2. The Main Political Reforms; The Public financing of all state and federal elections, strict influence peddling laws, no revolving door allowed, CEO level pay for legislators and executive department administrators, free air travel and TV air time.
These reforms center on getting the big money out of politics and shall be known as, The No Strings Attached, or simply STRINGS.
THINGS and STRINGS are the leverage points, the campaign slogans to pressure elected leaders for immediate end to ongoing crimes and reform our political system to preclude the current system of legalized bribery. These decidedly imperfect series of reforms will end the war crimes, punish the guilty, and make it harder for powerful special interests to engage in organized criminal behavior using the government as their vehicle.
The international content includes the following rights that all citizens may demand in unison to transform the international political and social environment.
3. World Wide Reforms; The Seven Rights
The right to a job.
The right to see a doctor.
The right to free universal education.
The right to freedom of speech.
The right to peacefully organize for change.
The right to freedom of religion.
The right of minorities to limited independence (autonomy) and self determination.

| | Ten Points | | | | Tuesday, April 7, 2009 (5:24 PM) | | The Case for War Crimes: one page; The most sophisticated classified anti-personnel weapons possessed by the United States government are being used to target people because they fit a profile. They are being sacrificed as human guinea pigs. Organized stalking is the systematic harassment of targets in their places of work and in public by vigilante groups who are told they are helping the police. The targets are tracked with GPS technology everywhere they go and strangers harass them in a sophisticated form of psychological warfare. This constant attack is designed to neutralize and incapacitate the targets by artificially raising their stress levels over a long period of time. The torture and torment of these targeted individuals is being shared by people all across America and all across the world. In books and film I have tried to tell their story about state sponsored terror in order to stop this madness. Ten basic facts make it obvious to any reasonable person that these allegations of war crimes are true. It is only necessary to prove that the weapons exist, that they have been used to attack activists before, that the classified weapons have been given to local law enforcement to use against domestic enemies, that hundreds of credible witnesses have come forward, that persons of interest within the intelligence community have written and spoken publically about committing these types of criminal acts, and that these crimes are part of a historical pattern of govt criminal behavior. FACT ONE: Public microwave weapons exist such as the active denial system (ADS) and milliwave radars that are called nonlethal weapons in order not to provoke a public backlash. TWO: The Russian microwave weapons program in the 1950’s attacked the US embassy in Moscow and used microwave weapons to neutralize Russian dissidents. THREE: The DOD funded elite scientists for decades and their scientific papers and related patents prove these weapons exist. FOUR: Microwave weapons were used by the US against anti-nuclear protestors in England in 1984. FIVE: The US government has experimented on more than 500,000 citizens in radiation, biological, and chemical weapons experiments since WWWII. The human radiation experiments and project MKULTRA are just two examples. SIX: The government has made hit lists of activists before, such as Cointelpro, run by the FBI. SEVEN: There is a population of credible witnesses (mostly political activists and whistleblowers) who have been saying for years that they are being targeted with these weapons. EIGHT: Military doctrine papers have been written about how to use microwave weapons against not just armies but against individuals and civilian populations. NINE: There are persons of interest in the intelligence agencies including the man in charge of nonlethal weapons development for decades, Lt. Colonel John B. Alexander as well as a man who has advocated using these weapons on civilians in their homes, Lt. Colonel Michael Aquino. TEN: There is a long pattern of illegal behavior by some members of the intelligence agencies including operating death squads against civilians such as the Phoenix Program. These charges have been illuminated journalists by Sy Hersh, Bob Woodward and Walter Pincus. These facts plus the evidence in my books and films make it clear to any reasonable person that these crimes are taking place. Until I began to research these war crimes I had never heard of weapons like the active denial system or illegal programs like Cointelpro or MKULTRA and most people have never heard of them either, but these facts and part of the historical record. I demand an official independent public investigation to answer these charges.

| | Stalking Game USA | | | | Tuesday, April 7, 2009 (5:22 PM) | | Stalking Game USA: Nation states target internal enemies and torture them to intimidate others. Today microwave technology and vigilante gang stalking is used against potential enemies. The current program combines Project MKULTRA, the Phoenix Program, and Cointelpro.
Chairman Mao used the strategy of setting different groups of people against each other in order to stay in power. His strategy during the Cultural Revolution was to use vigilante youth gangs known as Red Guards, to attack intellectuals who he felt were a threat to his hold on power. Professors, writers and intellectuals were beaten and humiliated in public or killed by the vigilante mobs.
In Cuba Fidel Castro used the strategy of what is called a Contra to attack intellectuals and dissidents. When a writer published something critical of the government people in the neighborhood are enlisted to surround their house and chant slogans denouncing them. Within the mob are plain clothes policemen who enter the dissidents’ home, drag them into the street. The writer is beaten bloody and the crowd disperses. The following day the police return to arrest and imprison the dissident.
Cointelpro stands for counter intelligence program run by the FBI against domestic dissidents. Targets included the civil rights movement, the anti-war movement, the environmental movement, the Women's movement, opposition political parties, basically any progressive group in American society. The most prominent target of Cointelpro was Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who received a blackmail letter from J. Edgar Hoover that detailed evidence of Dr. King’s extramarital affairs and suggested that he should suicide himself. The theme of a forced suicide is repeated on others targeted by Cointelpro. Forced suicide on a target allows intelligence agencies plausible deniability for the crime, in effect it is the perfect crime. The theory of counter-insurgency operations insists that infiltration and “psychological operations” be mounted against dissident groups in “normal times”, before any mass movement can develop. These tactics have been adopted by US intelligence agencies against individuals and progressive movements within American society. False news stories, forged documents, and anonymous letters and phone calls as well as pressure on landlords and employers make up just some of the strategies used. The net effect is to make the target lose their home, their job, their personal relationships and business relationships so that they are isolated and neutralized.
These techniques have been further refined by US intelligence agencies. It was discovered that it was not necessary to murder enemy agents in the US. Paying a group of people to harass the agent could be equally effective. They bump their car in traffic, brush up against them in public, initiate a verbal confrontation, enter their home and steal their personal papers and belongings, blast loud music from next door or route large trucks past their home all night, every night. These are all normal occurrences of life but if they are engineered to happen 20 times a day, every day for 2-3 weeks the stress level of the enemy agent is pegged at an artificially high level. They begin to lose sleep, suffer from depression and increased anxiety and their work output begins to drop until the agent is virtually neutralized in place.
The Milgram Experiment taught the psychiatric community that the majority of human beings will torture and even murder a complete stranger on the orders of an anonymous authority figure. The "professor" wore a lab coat and paid the man on the street to sit next to him in front of one way glass. On the other side was an actor pretending to receive electrical shocks. First the "professor" gives the man on the street a real 45 volt electrical shock from a generator as a sample. For every wrong answer the actor gets a shock administered by the man on the street. The voltage is increased with every wrong answer. Soon the actor begins to pound on the glass and yell in pain and complain about his "heart condition". Afterwards the actor puts his head down and makes no sound. If at any time the man on the street (experimental subject) indicated he wanted to stop the experiment he was given four verbal prods by the professor, in this order:
Please continue. The experiment requires you to continue, please go on. It is essential that you continue. You have no choice, you must continue.
If the subject still wished to stop after four verbal prods the experiment was halted. Psychologists believed that only a sadistic few (0.1%), would be prepared to give the maximum voltage. In Milgram's first set of experiments, 67.5 percent (27 out of 40) of experimental participants administered the experiment's final 450-volt shock. No participant steadfastly refused to give further shocks before the 300-volt level. The experiment was performed by other psychologists around the world with similar results. The percentage of participants who are prepared to inflict fatal voltages remains remarkably constant, between 61% and 66%, regardless of time, location, education, or class. The idea that most people will kill a complete stranger on orders from an anonymous authority figure is hard to believe but is an undeniable scientific fact.
“Street theater” is a feature of the gang stalking used on targeted individuals in tandem with electronic harassment. The stalking is an activity performed by persons complicit in the electronic weapons harassment. The street theater are “skits,” that imitate bad breaks in normal living and are performed in such a way that only the target knows they are being harassed, while not being able to convey to others that this is indeed harassment. When the victim encounters systematic harassment such as cursing and purposeful bumping into and other negative events by strangers more than a dozen times a day and vandalism and theft every week then their internal stress begins to build. The symphony of harassment of dozens of daily events pegs the stress level of the target at an artificially high level. The purpose is to discredit and isolate the target if they try to tell others so that friends and family will regard him or her as a “crank”. Instilling feelings of hopelessness is one purpose of these performances. These skits performed by vigilante groups in the community provide the mind control researchers with extremely good cover for experimentation. Once the target is isolated from their support systems such as friends and family and they are driven from their home and work place, then the experimentation begins in earnest. The stress and physical torture is merely a tool and not a means in and of itself. The real aims of extreme stress and electromagnetic torture applied in a scientific manner is to control and manipulate the behavior and personality of the target. They have now become the world’s most expensive human guinea pigs and in the process their lives are destroyed and stand as an example to anyone who might wish to tell others about these state sponsored crimes or to rebel in the manner of the political activist targets.

According to 1994 article in the Washington Times, “At least 500,000 people were used as Cold War-era radiation, biological, and chemical weapons experiments sponsored by the federal government”. In view of the history of human experimentation in the past and the successful cover up of all previous war crimes it is irresponsible and dishonest to claim that this current war crime is not possible and that this is not happening without a complete and thorough investigation. The Human Plutonium Experiments patients were called paranoid schizophrenics (ex: Mr. Elmer Allen injured his knee and visited a San Francisco hospital in 1947. He was injected with plutonium in the left leg and the next day his leg was amputated. Mr. Allen was designated CAL-13 because the plutonium was created at the university of California and he was human test subject number thirteen. It wasn’t until 45 years later a few years after his death that his family found out he was a human experimental subject. Mr. Allen told his best friend and his family doctor that he believed he was used as a human guinea pig. His best friend refused to believe him and his family doctor classified him as a paranoid schizophrenic in his medical file. These war crimes were covered up 1943 until 1995 when the government itself decided to make this program public. The Tuskegee medical experiments began in the 1930’s and it wasn’t until the 1970’s that a medical professional lodged a written protest. These programs were carried out more or less in public and the first lasted 52 years and the second lasted over 40 years. The CIA’s MKULTRA survivors were taken as children and severely traumatized in the lab to induce multiple personality disorder. Even today they still live in the shadows and when they seek medical help for MPD or autoimmune diseases they do not admit to their physicians and therapists that they are victims of government experimentation as children in order to avoid the mental health stigma of being classified as paranoid schizophrenics. There is a substantial population of therapists who are aware that these types of experiments did take place from about 1947 through the 1970’s and these professionals at great sacrifice to themselves and no small personal risk have given this group treatment. It is only when the MKULTRA survivors find such a therapist who is willing to take on one more destitute and damaged person are the victims willing to openly admit that they are MKULTRA victims. The only thing all of these survivors of these various programs have in common is that if and when they come forward they are classified as paranoid schizophrenics. If these latest war crimes using microwave weapons have taken place it is a statistical certainty that the victims would as a group be considered crazy. The existence of a similar program in the former USSR is very instructive. By the 1960’s in the era of détente it was no longer possible for the USSR to openly execute their dissidents as they had in the past. In the USSR the psychiatric community was used to forcibly institutionalize political dissidents and destroy them with experimental drugs. A US Army study in 1972 describes how the microwave weapons were used on dissidents to, “make them give their will over to some superior outside force”. This indicates that the weapons were being used to break them down in behavior modification experiments, in effect turning them into psychiatric cases. In the present day Russia appears to once again be using the strategy of forcibly institutionalizing dissidents and forcing them to take powerful medications that neutralize them. Here in the US the author has interviewed over 200 witnesses, the majority of whom have either a history of political activism or they are whistleblowers. They are all ages and races but the average target is female, in her 40’s and has an IQ above 120. Most witnesses describe similar accounts of both organized stalking and attacks with classified microwave technology. These people live in different parts of the country and have never met yet they are telling the same basic story. Entire families, men, women, and their children have declared themselves as targets of microwave anti-personnel weapons and organized stalking. These people are college educated scientists, engineers, and attorneys, some of whom I have interviewed in their own homes. I have personally witnessed the vigilante stalking behaviors and seen their physical injuries. Mass hysteria or tin foil hat or other explanations of the kind do not hold water. History is clear that these types of crimes have happened before and were dismissed in the same manner. It is irresponsible and dishonest to claim that this current war crime is not possible and that this is not happening without a complete and thorough investigation.

The question of how I got to this point in my life is difficult to describe. It does not stem from one single factor or influence. In the 1980’s Dr Joseph Campbell gave a series of interviews with Bill Moyer on PBS that moved me to purchase Joseph Campbell’s books and to study his writings and to read many of the books that he cited in his bibliography such as The Golden Bough . Another author who influenced me greatly was Nikos Kazantzakis who wrote a modern Odyssey. Reading these books and related works were the capstone of a lifetime of reading. My parents read to me as a child and our home was filled with books so I read everything I could get my hands on and at times read 2-3 books a week.
At the age of 25 I began searching for something I could not name. By 27 I had bought several SLR cameras and began to go into a nature preserve and photograph animals and observe animal behavior. On the weekend I would walk for four hours or more in the woods stalking deer and photographing every life form imaginable. When stalking deer I became so attuned that I could sense their proximity even when I could not see or hear them. I began to identify with wildlife in a very personal manner. If I could not spend my weekend walking in the woods then I felt deprived. After years of using the camera to capture nature I began to feel like the camera was in the way of my seeing and I put the camera down in the seventh year and absorbed what I saw with the same eye, the eye of a nature photographer. I had developed a strong identification with the natural world and all living things, in religious terms it could be referred to as Jainism. This was my very own intense religion, the only one I have ever had.
Part on what has transformed me was an intense experience of human suffering that went on for years. In 1995 while traveling in Central America I became very ill and developed an autoimmune disease that left me physically disabled and unable to work. I set about doing research and writing books and for the next six years whenever I wasn’t too sick I read books constantly. After four years of a progressive deterioration due to illness I was disabled mentally and physically to the point where for most of an entire year I was reduced to sitting in a chair. My central nervous system was under attack and the symptoms were those of a late stage encephalopathy, a brain disease. My eyes were rolled halfway back up into my head, I could not stand light, or sound, it was physically painful. When I walked from the bed to the chair I had a terror of falling down and not being able to get back up. I could not watch TV or listen to music or read. The sounds and images moved too fast for me to follow and interpret them, it was all a confusing painful blur. I could speak in very short simple sentences but any effort to talk left me exhausted. After months I started to come out of the worst and I gradually recovered by listening to classical music for months. As the cathedrals of sound made sense to me on a deeper level I began to write the music in my head and anticipate the next note while listening to the baroque masterpieces. After months of this slow recovery I began to hear music in my head like I was listening to the radio. I could turn it on or off at will but it had a quality of spontaneity. At first it was music I had heard before but later it was music I was writing in my head. The degradation of my mental capacity and the subsequent recovery listening to music changed the nature of my consciousness. As soon as I recovered I headed up into the mountains where my family had been visiting for several generations. The following is an excerpt from my screenplay.
“I was on my mountain in New Mexico and I sat down on a large boulder in the river. As the first rays of the longest day crested the top of the mountain a faint prism formed above the rapids. Soon a small rainbow was dancing from right to left and back again, 2-3 feet tall on top of the rapids, given birth by the spray. The colors became more brilliant and the light strands became taller as the moments passed. The strands of rainbow light rose gradually higher up into the air so that sitting on the boulder I had to tilt my head back and look up higher and higher at the display 20 feet in front of me. As it slowly grew larger I started to hear music. A magical symphony began playing in my head. Tentative at first and growing stronger. It was my spontaneous music so all I had to do was to listen. The music was some of the most beautiful music I had ever heard. I wanted to grab a pin and write it down but I realized if I went for the pen I'd break contact. I realized I would lose the music as it flowed out of me but it was the only way to experience it. I mourned for a moment for the loss of the incredible music but quickly resigned myself. I started to place notes exactly where the columns of light danced. Gradually the music and light strands became syncopated. The light seemed to dance to the lines of music coming out of my head. It now became my very own light harp that responded to the music playing in my head. The intensity of pure joy that the light harp and the music made me feel was overpowering. It was as if my sense of the beauty of the universe was overwhelming me and making me pass out but I did not lose consciousness, quite the opposite. After about 20 minutes of experiencing this profound sense of wonder at the spectacle I was completely overcome. My eyes started to rise upwards and to slowly roll back in my head and the image of a streaming river of yellow and gold colored light opened in a vision. I was completely unaware of my immediate surroundings. The golden light seemed to flow to me as the river flowed to me and spread across my entire field of vision. After a few moments of traversing the golden yellow zone a far light began to shine. At the far end of the river of yellow and gold there were rays of white light from the opening of a small doorway that grew larger and the distant beacon concentrated itself on me. I felt as if I stood in a presence and that someone was reaching out to me to bestow a communication upon me yet no words were ever spoken. I tipped over completely into another realm of consciousness. I woke gradually as if coming out of a very deep trance. Ever so slowly I realized where and who I was and became more aware of my surroundings. My eyes had been rolled back in my head and I sat in a perfect lotus position with my hands in the lotus position thumb and forefinger forming a circle. My legs were crossed as I had never been able to do before. The sun and shadows were indicating late afternoon not morning. I had no clear idea what had happened in those lost hours. I leaned forward and humbly said thank you. I concentrated hard for the meaning before I moved. Then the central idea that impressed itself upon me was that I would be destroyed, my body and my personality would be obliterated but that something very central to my core being was that same light that I had witnessed and that had transformed me forever. At our core we are all a part of this light that infuses everything everywhere and goes on forever. At our core we cannot be destroyed. I would be physically destroyed and my personality would be destroyed but at my core I would go on forever as part of the ecstatic brilliance I had experienced.”
“After this experience I had premonitions of momentous events before they occurred, usually events that affected millions of people.” “For example, say theoretically that I felt an earth quake was coming… “It is kind of hit and miss because sometimes I don’t know where it will happen and sometimes I do”. “This power is too ephemeral to predict if one can interpret the vision correctly, then to act on it is problematic”. “I close my eyes and concentrate hard and I hear a deep rumbling sound and the earth begins to shake violently and it lasts for about eight seconds.” “I can tell it was morning and the event was about a seven on the Richter scale.” “Many people will be deeply affected by the event”. “Besides knowing that it will happen in about two weeks and the entire world will know...that is about all I can tell about the earth quake event”. “In another premonition of a different earth quake the whole time I knew the location was the New Madrid Fault”. “This power is too ephemeral to predict if one can interpret the vision correctly and then to act upon it.” "I wanted to tell people, to warn them and save lives but could not find the courage to say I was clairvoyant and tell strangers that I knew something bad was about to happen”. “It is as if something is actively stopping me”. “The vision is drawn back down into my unconscious mind to be forgotten even as I fight to retain it”. "Like a strong undertow something sweeps away the memories of the visions".

The hero is the one who, while still alive, knows and represents the claims of the super consciousness which throughout creation is more or less unconscious. The adventure of the hero represents the moment in his life when he achieved illumination –the nuclear moment when, while still alive, he found and opened the road to the light beyond the dark walls of our living death".
I was originally an atheist who did not believe in God but believed in something larger than ourselves as well as the concept of fate. I believed that the parts of the bible that are known as the Gospels were probably largely the true words spoken by a mortal man named Jesus who lived and died. I was searching for the truth of our existence much of my life and focuses my concentration on philosophy and science. I am the original doubting Thomas who only believes in what my five senses tell me, but often I realize even the five sense can be wrong. I refuse to take anything on faith and felt that a strictly religious education was short changing oneself even in Kindergarten and first grade. My parents did not give me a religious indoctrination. My father took me to church infrequently when I was a pre-teen. My mother told me that religion had been the cause of more wars and death than any other cause in history. She told me that she did not believe in organized religion but she never tried to convince me there was no God. I believe that all religions began as the same message and over time and the construction of religious doctrine religions became more distinct and different from each other. It is a process similar to many people sitting in a circle and whispering a message into the ear of the person next to you until at the end of the circle the message has changed. I believe that all religions began as basically the same message and they have become garbled in translation from the original experience. I believe that organized religion is a political and economic organization that is largely about asserting power in society and exerting power over other people. My religion is the result of a singular journey and a singular experience that is difficult to describe much less replicate. I believe that any living sentient being is capable of experiencing God, this includes all human beings and even perhaps members of the animal kingdom.
It is my belief that I have been given this ability to put to the service of mankind at a time of great danger and fantastic possibility. In addition to saving lives I hope to repeat and capture the experience so that it can be reproduced and experienced by anyone who wishes to pass into a higher realm. If this can be achieved it will bring humanity together spiritually in a way that nothing else could. It is such a powerful experience, much like looking out the window while orbiting the earth that it would change people’s lives and I believe people would be more likely to avoid war and work to mitigate other forms of human suffering. I also feel that the human race has reached a moment of decision where it will either come together and identify with each other in a very fundamental and transformational way or it will continue on the current path and ultimately destroy ourselves. For this reason I am proposing a shared humanitarian and scientific initiative to replace militarism.

| | corroborating investigative journalists | | | | Tuesday, April 7, 2009 (5:18 PM) | | Corroborating evidence by journalists; Bob Woodward, of Watergate fame and perhaps the investigative reporter with the best inside sources of any American reporter of our time was privy to unprecedented access to the oval office and the decisions and actions governing the war in Iraq. In his latest book Woodward describes a secret electronic warfare capability possessed by Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). He writes that JSOC electronic warfare capabilities are a breakthrough in tracking, eavesdropping, and targeting and killing any targeted person in their area of operations. Al Qaeda was defeated not by the surge or perhaps even the Sunni Awakening, but according to Woodward, JSOC was able to find, track, listen too, and kill any and all human targets they wished in any weather, 24 hours a day 7 days a week anywhere in Iraq. Apparently this new breakthrough will change the nature of warfare as we know it. The ability to attack and kill anyone anywhere is a phenomenal war fighting capability that is unprecedented in the history of armed conflict. Anyone who possessed this electronic warfare technology would have a tool of incredible power. This is the same technology written of in military doctrine papers by Lt Col Michael Aquino, one that he refers to as Excaliber, the magic sword.
Sy Hersh is the famous investigative reporter who has broken some of the biggest stories of our time. He declared openly that former vice president Dick Cheney was in control of his very own death squad. According to Hersh JSOC reported directly to Cheney and went into foreign countries with a list of names, a hit list. JSOC assassinated the people on the hit list without consultation with Congress, or any other government body in direct violation of international law. This is a direct violation of the normal chain of military command and anyone who controls this power without oversight is capable of committing war crimes with impunity.
Walter Pincus, is the veteran reporter for the Washington Post has written about the electronic warfare capabilities possessed by the Pentagon, tracking and targeting technologies that are a breakthrough that has changed the nature of warfare. Pincus has worked the Pentagon for years and is privy to it’s inner workings as perhaps few others have been. It is clear that what he has written about is the same technology referred to by Bob Woodward and Sy Hersh.
These three dedicated professional reporters are all referring to the same aspect of technological innovation in warfare that is without precedent. Military doctrine papers written by Aquino and others are speaking of an RMA, a revolution in military affairs similar to the invention of nuclear weapons. Theses electromagnetic weapons are a military breakthrough that turns the existing balance of power on its head. Microwave and radio frequency radiation weapons can track targets in any weather over the entire surface of the earth, inside buildings, and even deep underground. These same technologies have been used illegally to track and attack political activists and whistleblowers in the US and other countries. War crimes have been committed using the latest anti-personnel weapons in the US arsenal. The author has documented the testimony of the victims, the existence of these weapons, and the persons of interest who have developed these weapons for the US Army. What is needed is an independent investigation by a scientific body without ties to the US government or military.
