After reading many blogs about adventure on Thai roads and highways.......not on a big bike.......travel the way the Thais do....schooter.
Purchased my new yamaha last week, (photos will be posted soon).I will be fitting the bike out for touring,modifations to suspension,seat,lights.Plus a top box,being fitted tomorrow.This bike returns 200km a tank at an average speed of 90kph.so i intend to take a few days to cover the distance to Chang Mai,plus a few diversions.Expect to leave in the next few weeks,depending on the weather and a dog sitter for my mate "Jono".....This will be my first attempt on such a small bike.....If all goes well,i will venture a little further next time
