Last week, I decided to open account on twitter to see what's the big fuzz was all about.
It's been fun keeping up with a few of my favorite people.
Did you know that when do a blog on twitter, it's called a tweet.

Monday Night
Watching Valerie Bertinellie on Oprah taped from today. A phrase that has stuck with me is "a lightness of being". Valerie was talking about the things that keep us heavy. Some keep us heavy on our feet. Some keep us heavy in our heart.
The weather has been beautiful here in Southern California. I feel so fortunate to live in a place that in the middle of winter, I am almost tempted to wear shorts to work. I may in the coming weeks.
