Art is everywhere. Art is the therapy to my soul. Check out my Painting Gallery. I will be adding new paintings soon. I find painting is the most relaxing and most therapeutic thing to do.

| | What Book Am I Reading Right Now? | | | Friday, January 2, 2009 (8:52 PM)
(I'm feeling energetic) | | So, I was saying how this year I want to do more soul searching right? Well, I went to buy a couple of good books today. One is called 'Women Who Run With the Wolves', by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph.D and the other book is 'The Power Is Within You', by Louise L. Hay. Go grab these books and read it too. If you are doing some self healing and soul searching, read the books I reccomend. These types of books been helping me get through the tough years of my life. I am not trying to be Opera or Dr.Phil or anything LOL, but I do love to heal my mind and soul. I am a woman that's growing everyday. Reading self-help books will teach you to be a better person and a lot stronger. Everyone needs peace, love and happiness.

OMG I am so glad it's a new year!!!. I had a blast at the New Years parties I attended. I hope you guys all had fun!! I wish everyone love, peace and happiness this year and upcoming years.
Last year was a tough one for me, considering one of my friends passed away. This year I am going to try to be more relax, enjoy life more and do a lot of self healing. I am gonna do my best to let go of the past that keeps haunting me. I am gonna focus on living in the present and focus on making a better future for my family and I. I am gonna find peace from within. I am gonna do more soul searching. I am gonna be very spiritual. My heart, mind and soul needs tranquility. I am gonna try my best not to blog too much about my personal life. I decided to start writing a diary again, and in the future will hopefully get it publish for you to read.
