(I'm feeling anxious) | | | Ok so I did my taxes for 2006 and I still have not gotten them. I got my 2007 and spent it on rent and bills. I think when I do get my check I'm going to pay for my drivers lic. You have no idea how much I need it, I am going crazy cuz most jobs want you to have a lic to drive somewhere or they just want to know you'll be at work on time then relying on the bus or a taxi or a spaceship. I was going to use the money and get my passport and spend sometime in Mexico but I probably wont have enough after paying for my trip. So it's better for me to get my lic use my brothers car for work or get a job that give me a car to use. I know how to install cable so most likely I can get a job doing that. plus I am certified by Cox for installing digital cable. Mia and Rocky need a new home the reason is I cant afford to take care of them because I'm still out of work and my brother has been vary nice letting me live here with my dogs but there messing up the back yard. And I'm thinking of going to school @The Los Angels recording school. So If i do go, I would like my dogs taken care of. I would love to keep them all but i have to give them up for they can have a better home. Where they have a big yard and lots of toys and a big family to give them a lot of belly rubs.
So if you know anyone in my area or if your willing to pick up i have no problem with that. just let me know if anyone can help.

It doesn't matter if you are a first time offender or not, you are sentenced the same as repeat offenders.
First time offenders, youth included, are often incarcerated with hardened, repeat offenders. They share the same cells. Some kids, as young as 16 years old, are being housed in prisons instead of juvenile facilities Mandatory minimum sentencing means you serve every hour of every day of your sentence no matter what. No good time, no boot camp, no early release.
As high as 67% under Measure 11 ARE FIRST TIME OFFENDERS and 35% are under 21.
As the mother of a very loving and caring son who would do anything to help out a friend and that is our problem because of this my son is charged with a serious crime. One in which anyone who knows Michael will tell you it is not true but God has a reason for this tragic to happen to us.
I never knew what Measure 11 was and now I am finding out more about it.
I believe I have to fight the wrong that’s happening to young people. To send young people to minimum 5 years & 7 months or longer to prison is WRONG. I believe that repeat offenders, harden criminals killers rapes must pay for what they have done. But 1st time offender’s kids who have never been in trouble, those that has been wrongfully accused should not go to prison. They should get help from their community, from good caring people that will help them get their lives on the right path. I’ve seen nothing good come out of sending them to prison, where they will be abused every night and day, for the rest of their term. They will not get the love, care and guidance they need in their young lives.
What do you think happens when a convict gets out of prison?
What usually happens to them?
Chances are they get arrested again and again because of what has happened to them in prison.
This is only the beginning to this stage there trying to pass a new law measure 94.

Do not get a job with this company they will f u and won’t even give u a kiss. This so called business is run by 2 people husband and wife but the wife really is never there. I know several people that have been employed here and where there for a long time when he just stop paying them, for that a lot of people lost their cars due to nonpayment, back rent and no food in the house because he promises to pay. Well then at the last min he says find a different route on getting paid. This man carries cash on him, about $4,000 at a time. I have several sources that tell me he is getting worse. If you have any information on this guy and company post it here.

And type in Sun Valley Towing and Tim Kunselman and Alana Macdonald. You will find many claims for nonpayment. It can be for nonpayment of good or workers or service.
P.S I just want my money he owes me....
OK here is the deal the place where I was working, Sun Valley Towing is f-in with me really bad I was owed a check on the 8th my regular pay plus overtime I put in. well they also owed me for the past 2 weeks overtime and I still never got paid, well now it's been 2 weeks or so and now he owes me my last check and overtime since I’ve worked there. But the only problem with this place he keeps giving excuses why he won’t pay or he says come back later or ill call u but never pays. Another thing is it’s not just me that he owes my ex also got a job there and she has been going for the past 2 weeks there and he has been telling her that he was going to pay. Well tonight 7/9/07 was the last straw he told her he was not going to pay that she should go a different route. Well this is my thing I’m tired of places like this f in people over that are good workers that have to deal with. I already reported my case with the Federal labor board. We don't need this kind of bad business here in our state. He already filed for bankruptcy. Ok so I get this letter from collections dept from the court where i got my ticket from. I now have to pay $758.00, I called and ask if we can come to an arrangement and they told me no deals can be made. so I called the court to see if anything can be done, they told me NO you have to pay in FULL. so that means I wont be driving for a while, since i don’t have a drivers lic. this really sucks but i may have found an alternative, I get a motorcycle maybe i can get that lic with no problem. then i ran to another problem i still don’t have a job!! so i cant just walk into a dealership and get a bike...then i found a maybe super mini bike that can be street legal and the cost is a lot less than a larger size bike and they look really cool. the chopper ones look really nice i may just spend the cash to get one, hey its better than hoping an a piss smelling bus. there under 700.00 dollars and ship to your door. they can go up to 70mph and they have a custom paint job. also if need be i can just use it for fun, take it down to Mexico have a lot of fun with it there. unless my ex boss pays for my lic like he told me he was going to do, I’m not going to pay it i really don’t have the money right now. unless i get help from someone. ill work for it(hint) lol. well if you read this thanks for your time. until next time. | | | | 72 Views | 0 Thumbs Up | 0 Comments | |

i know i can do that here to but i have not seen my dad in a while and i need to take care of him. he is getting older and i dont like his wife, so in order for me to be happy i need to be in Mexico.
i love being here but my credit is far from being fixed, i need to get away for a while. i plan on coming back get a job then save more money then head back to Mexico with all my stuff and dogs, cant leave them behind.
don't know how im gonna do 3 months with out them. but gotta do what i gotta do. plus sounds like my pops misses me, then in a week he'll want me gone.
lol im not kidding either. ill probably stay with my friends this way he cant tell me nothing.
i will miss my hot showers. but no big deal. i have to make a sacrifice like no high speed internet..... other than that all down hill, cant wait but wait i need a dam passport before i leave and i need to get my DL back and then i need money so give me all your money haha j/k i will work for it. i do great massages.

It is my drivers lic with out that i cant drive to the store, cant go to work, cant get a job that involves driving. well the reason for this is because of 1 ugly ticket. here is what happen,
Don't trust no one.
I was working as a recovery agent i was driving around in surprise when a sheriff deputy pulled me over. i was driving a ford dully witch is a tow-truck for towing.
the officer told me he could not see the plates. well that said he got my info came back told me the plates where expired and i was still responsible since i am the one driving the truck, i had no idea that the plates we expired or else i would of not been working.
well i gave the ticket to my boss at the time. he told me he would take care of IT, WHICH he would talk to dale about this. dale i guess was the owner of the truck he bought it off of him. john who is the owner of ghost recovery told me not to worry about this. so i kept working time passed by and nothing was ever passed on to me. i figured he just paid the ticket, well i was wrong. about 2 weeks ago
i get a letter from the court, it reads lic suspended amount owed $612.00 i was like wtf that day i called and found out that the ticket was never paid and that i was supposed to show up for court. this i was unaware cuz at the time i was still working for john and he never told me anything about it. well i called john and told him he said he had no idea and if i went to court??? how would i know that dale or john would not take care of THIS? like i said before its been 2 weeks since i actually have talked to john, i have been calling him everyday now and i keep leaving a msg. i told him that they will reduce the fine to $150.00 and a copy of the registration.
he told me he would drop it off but i have not gotten anything from him OR a phone call back. i am a prisoner in my own house. right now i cant get work cuz all i really now is how to drive, among other things but i don't have a car right now either so even if i wanted to drive somewhere i cant.
driving on a suspended lic is a class 1 misdemeanor and im not about to go to jail.
