I, myself I like the Idea of digital T.V.I don’t like it being forced on me, We get some good wind storms up here in the north west and can go for days even weeks without power, but I always had my trusty little portable Black and white that I could run for days on end off a 12 volt or solar power source I have not herd of a battery powered converter or a portable battery powered digital T.V. The government should not force feed us DTV. Analog is cool and DAM good in an emergency situation. I also know a lot of folks that are on a fixed income and even with the government coupons cant afford the $50.00 it costs to get a converter.

On the other hand though I hear that DTV will open up the airwaves to more free channels . If this is true will our cable and satellite costs go down because of more competition?

Well as I had at Stage 6 I have restarted DSOL (Darkside of life group) this is a place for all my friends Brothers and Sisters to come and hang out to say what is on your mind,play games with others, if you need chearing up this is the place, if you need a gigel this is the place, if you need a kick in the rear this is the place. We will kick anything for a chuckel. Just before Stage 6 shut down DSOL had 1374 Members .and we all had a blast at the channel. I hope we can do the same here.
