| | About Hopeless Records/Sub City | | | | Monday, June 22, 2009 (5:02 AM) | | If you are not familiar with Hopeless and Sub City, we are an independent punk rock label located in Van Nuys (Los Angeles) California. Our label was started in 1993 out of a 10 by 10 room. By reading a book called ?How to Run an Independent Record Label.
We figured out how to release a 7 inch vinyl record. We now run the label out of a 5200 square foot warehouse and have new releases almost every month. Although we consider ourselves a Punk Rock label we pride ourselves in having a label which releases diverse, unique music. So, if you are unfamiliar with the label and artists, have fun perusing through the site where you will find pages for all the active Hopeless and Sub City bands and much more.
If you are fans of one or more of the Hopeless and Sub City bands, then we would like to thank you for your support. The fans are what make it possible for the bands to do what they do, and in turn, give us the opportunity to do what we do.
