Interview with David Icke in 4 videos.
The New World Order (Part 1 & 2)
Video 1; http://www.consciousmedianetwork.com/members/dicke.htm
Video 2; http://www.consciousmedianetwork.com/members/dicke2.htm
David Icke is one of the most controversial thinkers of our time. Known for his criticism of the handful of elite families (Illuminati) that he says manipulate the earth's currencies, politics and natural resources, David's theories evolved after an amazing and unexpected series of events began re-directing his otherwise normal life.
In this two part interview, David goes back over the history behind his emergence into the world of joining the dots from his former life of a footballer, broadcaster with the BBC and his involvement with the Green Party. Chronicling his personal story as never seen before, was a privilege to document. David is probably one of the best orators of our time and can command a stage in front of a packed audience for 8 hours straight, giving it his all in his witty and inimitable style.
Connecting the Dots
Video 3; http://www.consciousmedianetwork.com/members/dicke3.htm
In this windy outdoor interview with David at Mt. Shasta in the Autumn of 2007, he discusses how he has been able to connect the dots over the years.
His latest book is the last to look at the past and how we have managed to allow ourselves to be enslaved. Giving our power away is no longer an option if we are to create a sustainable future. David's book, 'The David Icke Guide to the Global Conspiracy (and how to end it)' investigates and examines many subjects and aspects of the "conspiracy" and "connects the dots".
The picture that appears once you understand how it all fits together is astounding. This is the book that will wake up the masses and reveal at last in an undeniable way the incredible level of control a covert and evil controlling force has had over humanity for thousands of years.
For years, David's writing has proven that what we only thought might happen one day, has indeed been happening right before us. In the boiling frog analogy, we have had the heat turned up on us so gradually that we haven't noticed how hot it is in here! The systematic increase in control, surveillance and manipulation through the media has been exposed so many times. David has never backed down in the face of severe criticism and ridicule.
The Future Paradigm
Video 4; http://www.consciousmedianetwork.com/members/dicke4.htm
In the continuation of our windy outdoor interview with David at Mt. Shasta in the Autumn of 2007, David gives us insight into his new direction and how he believes we will be operating as a collective species.
Essentially, he says that freedom of information brings us paradise. Suppresion of information brings us captivity. Creating a collective consciousness through truthful information will be the route to creating the new matrix, one that is optimistic, life affirming and joyful.
David's book, 'The David Icke Guide to the Global Conspiracy (and how to end it)' investigates and examines many subjects and aspects of the "conspiracy" and "connects the dots". The picture that appears once you understand how it all fits together is astounding.

Procedure : Breathe in deeply, and chant 'Om'kar. OOOOOOm ( long O and small m )
Duration : 10 mins or more
Benefits : meditation!!
Details:
"Omkar Japa" (Muttering the mantra "OM")
Concentrate your mind on the respiration and meditate on the sacred mantra "OM". God has fashioned the shape of our brows like OM. This body and the universal cosmic body are filled with this mantra. It is not the figure or expression of any individual thing, but it is divine energy, which regulates the entire functioning of the universe. With every act of breathing in and breathing out, mentally go on repeating the mantra "OM". The speed of respiration should be so slow and subtle that you yourself also may not be aware of its sound, even if a piece of cotton is placed in front of the nostril it should not move by the effect of the air exhaled out. Slowly practice and make the duration of one inhalation and exhalation to one minute. Likewise, try to visualize the breath inside the body. Initially the breath can be felt only in the nostrils but gradually it will be felt deep inside. In this way, visualizing the breath and continuous chanting of 'OM' will lead to Dhyana automatically. Your mind will develop a feeling of concentration and your body will be filled with the feeling of OM. The Gayatri Mantra from the Vedas can also be chanted meaningfully along with Pranayama. This way the Sadhaka can attain the joyful stage of Samadhi by going through the various visualizations of god and supreme powers. Also if this is practiced at bedtime, one will get peaceful sleep without any perverted dreams etc.
GENERAL!!
Pranayam (or Pranayama)!!!
Breathing is life but how little do we know about it! For example, do you know that you use only ONE nostril at a time for our breathing? At any time, either only the right or left more...nostril will be working. Test it out now. Place a finger half an inch below your left nostril for a few seconds, and then under your right. You will now which is working at the moment. Amazing, isn't it?
And now for more. Do you know the active nostril changes, at regular intervals (approximately one and a half hours) during the day? And that for a short period, both nostrils come into play?
The ancient yogis in India knew all this and much more. They knew the intimate connection between breath and mind. For example, when your mind is angry, watch your breathing. It will be disturbed. And similarly, if you hold your breath for long, your mind will get agitated. The yogis were trying to get some degree of control over the mind. Since the mind is very subtle, impossible to grasp, they figured out how to use this connection between the breath and the mind. By controlling the breath, they were indirectly able to influence the mind.
A regular, deep breath enables one to feel calm and an irregular breath can make you feel anxious. Yoga Breathing helps to re- charge the cells in the body and re- energizes the brain cells; thus, the body is rejuvenated.
Meditation is one of the proven alternative therapies. It can be broadly classified under the mind-body medicine.
More and more doctors are prescribing meditation as a way to lower blood pressure, improve exercise performance in people with angina, help people with asthma breathe easier, relieve insomnia and generally relax the everyday stresses of life. Meditation is a safe and simple way to balance a person's physical, emotional, and mental states. It is simple; but can benefit everybody.
The first thing to learn is sectional breathing. We breathe through three parts of the chest upper, middle and lower as well as the abdomen. We have to first learn how to breathe through each part individually before we can breathe through all of them.
Sit in any comfortable pose and then lift both arms up and bend them backwards at the elbow to touch your back below the shoulder blades. Now take a few deep breaths through the upper chest. You can feel this part working in this posture.
*Now place your hands on your side chest, just under the nipple. Take a few deep breaths through the middle chest.
*Now place your hands on the sides lower chest where the rib cage ends. Take a few deep breaths through the lower chest.
*Place one hand on the navel. Take a few deep abdominal breaths.
*Now try to take a "tidal breath" involving inhalation and exhalation through all these parts.

BENEFITS of MEDITATIONS !!
Some benefits of meditation are!!!
Let's look at some research. Over the past 40 years, dozens of universities in the United States, Europe and India have conducted hundreds of studies on the effects of meditation on human physiology and behavior.
The research results point to meditation as producing benefits on many levels of life simultaneously – body, emotions, mental functioning, and relationships.
· Greater Orderliness of Brain Functioning
· Improved Ability to Focus
· Increased Creativity
· Deeper Level of Relaxation
· Improved Perception and Memory
· Development of Intelligence
· Natural Change in Breathing
· Decrease in Stress Hormone
· Lower Blood Pressure
· Reversal of Aging Process
· Reduced Need for Medical Care
· Reduction in Cholesterol
· Increased Self-Actualization
· Increased Strength of Self-Concept
· Decreased Cigarette, Alcohol, and Drug Abuse
· Increased Productivity
· Improved Relations at Work
· Increased Relaxation and Decreased Stress
· Improved Health and More Positive Health Habits It lowers oxygen consumption.
It decreases respiratory rate.
It increases blood flow and slows the heart rate.
Increases exercise tolerance in heart patients.
Leads to a deeper level of relaxation.
Good for people with high blood pressure as it brings the B.P. to normal.
Reduces anxiety attacks by lowering the levels of blood lactate.
Decreases muscle tension (any pain due to tension) and headaches.
Builds self-confidence.
It increases serotonin production which influences mood and behaviour. Low levels of serotonin are associated with depression, obesity, insomnia and headaches.
Helps in chronic diseases like allergies , arthritis etc.
Reduces Pre- menstrual Syndrome.
Helps in post-operative healing.
Enhances the immune system. Research has revealed that meditation increases activity of 'natural-killer cells', which kill bacteria and cancer cells.
Also reduces activity of viruses and emotional distress.
What's the catch?
The catch is, you have to spend time in meditation everyday to get these benefits. And usually, in order for that to happen, you have to want to meditate, and that means the approach you choose has to suit your individual nature so well that you love meditating.
Over the years, when interviewing people who quit meditating, it appears that they quit because they were doing the more...wrong technique, not because they were undisciplined.
How Can Meditation Be This Beneficial?
It is interesting to wonder, how could something as simple as meditation be so beneficial? The answer is in the physiology. Meditation is something the body knows how to do, and does willingly if you set up the conditions and allow it. The body knows how to enter a profound healing state. All you have to do is pay attention in certain ways, and tolerate the intensity of what you feel as you let go of stress.
So one answer is that meditation is a built-in ability of the human body. The word meditation is just a name we give to the situation where we give the nervous system, the brain and senses a chance to tune themselves up. More than a chance – meditation is giving total permission for the nervous system to do its healing thing. And since this is an innate thing, the body and brain are very good at it. People are naturally good at meditation, like cats are naturally good at hunting mice.
And when we don't meditate, it is as if we are "meditation-deprived." In other words, we are not adding something weird to our life – we are just giving ourselves something we need. What is weird is to NOT meditate. In other words, it is unnatural to go through life deprived of a time each day to rest more deeply than sleep, and let go of all the stresses that keep you wound so tight.
If this is true, then this is part of why meditation has such powerful effects – because it is a way of giving into the powerful mind/body healing dynamics that we already have within us, as part of our genetic heritage. Or, you could say, God put it there.
Meditation is one of the few things in the self-help arena you can do that produces measurable changes. In other words, you can take a few hours of meditation training, and then go into a medical lab and meditate, and they can meaure the changes in your breathing, your blood chemistry, your brain waves, and your response to stress. And if you were sitting in a medical lab, all wired up, and they saw you enter a state of rest deeper than sleep in 5 minutes, a knowledgable researcher would look at the instruments and say, "Oh, you just started meditating. I can see it on the meters."
One of the main reasons meditation is so beneficial is that it is instinctive and natural. When you meditate, you are accessing your body's own built-in ability to heal itself and tune itself for action.
THE 14 POINTS OF MEDITATIONS !!!
1. Regularity of time, place and practice are important. Regularity conditions the mind to slow down its activities with a minimum of delay.
2. The most effective times are early dawn and dusk, when the atmosphere is charged with special spiritual force. If it is not feasible to sit for meditation at these times, choose an hour when you are not involved with daily activities, and a time when the mind is apt to be calm.
3. Try to have a separate room for meditation. As meditation is repeated, the powerful vibrations set up will be lodged in the area; an atmosphere of peace and purity will be felt.
4. When sitting, face North or East in order to take advantage of favorable magnetic vibrations. Sit in a steady, comfortable, cross-legged position with spine and neck erect but not tense.
5. Before beginning, command the mind to be quiet for a specific length of time. Forget the past, present and future.
6. Consciously regulate the breath. Begin with five minutes of deep abdominal breathing to bring oxygen to the brain.
Then slow it down to an imperceptible rate.
7. Keep the breathing, rhythmic, inhale for three seconds and exhale for three seconds.
Regulation of breath also regulates the flow of prana, the vital energy.
8. Allow the mind to wander at first. It will jump around, but will eventually become concentrated, along with the concentration of prana.
9. Don't force the mind to be still, as this will set in motion additional brain waves, hindering meditation.
10. Select a focal point on which the mind may rest. For people who are intellectual by nature, this may be the Ajna Chakra., the point between the eyebrows. For more emotional people, use the Anahata or Heart Chakra. Never change this focal point.
11. Focus on a neutral or uplifting object, holding the image in the place of concentration. If using a Mantra, repeat it mentally, and co-ordinate repetition with the breath. If you dont have a personalized Manta, use 'OM' or 'HARI OM'. Although mental repetition is stronger, the mantra may be repeted aloud if one becomes drowsy. Never change the Mantra.
12. Repetition will lead to pure thought, in which sound vibration merges with thought vibration, without awareness of meaning. Vocal repetition progresses through mental repetition to telepathic language, and from there to pure thought.
13. With practice, duality disappears and Samadhi, or the superconscious state, is reached. Do not become impatient, as this takes a long time.
14. In Samadhi one rests in the state of bliss in which the Knower, the Knowledge, and the Known become one. This is the superconcious state reached by mystics of all faiths and persuasions.
If you meditate for half an hour daily, you will be able to face life with peace and spiritual strength. Meditation is the most powerful mental and nerve tonic. Divine energy freely flows to the adept during meditation, and exerts a benign influence on the mind, nerves, sense organs and body. It opens the door to intuitive knowledge and realms of eternal bliss. The mind becomes calm and steady.
WHAT HAPPEN WHEN WE ARE IN GENUINE SLEEP?
-- OUR BODY IS REPAIRED.
BUT IN MEDITATION WE ARE AWAKENED,
-- THE MORE OXYGEN IS GOING AND BEING ABSORBED IN OUR BLOOD.

| | This is some I wrote a while ago replying to a friend | | | Monday, March 17, 2008 (5:05 PM) (I'm feeling amused) | | Hi everyone,
This is some I wrote a while ago replying to a friend.
It'll probably make you laugh or go goofballing against any wall you'll find.
It's fine with me, but don't bang it too hard, it's your head, not mine that'll bleed.
Hi!
Its ok, whats the hurry to reply.... There is no such thing as time, in the real sense.
About my ideas, there is also this one that I have and it is, I think, the principle one if not the only real one. And it goes like this; "Thoughts and Universe are entangle".
It is basically the source of everything we see, make, and realize.
In fact, quantum physics proves it. Which is exactly why Einstein hated quantum physics. He perfectly knew that quantum physics is true and he also realised how it work. The reason why he hated it was not because he could not put an equation on to tag it. He knew that the equation would have been something like this; [2+2=4 and 2+2=(any-number)]. Quantum physics is in fact telling us that the fabric of the universe is entangle with the fabric of our thoughts.
So, Einstein saw that all of his work were to be meaningless, because it meant that all the physics law of our universe were only measuring the universe we are seeing(the one we are making).
Our thoughts and the universe are one. Which is the same oneness that every teaching have been banging our ears since we are one earth.
So the word "Spiritualism" need a more important description than the dumb ghostly description and understanding that we are so please to give. It needs to be treated as we treat physics and as a working mechanism, or even better-a living mechanism.
A good and simple of how it works would to say it's like when you teach a dog to get the news-paper. After a while, the dog gets it every time and it is happy to do it for you, and depending on how you treat your dog, you'll get your paper in the same manner. But if you stop being happy that your dog is getting your paper, the dog will sense it and rag your paper. So it's never the dog's fault. It's always the way you feel that is reflected thru your dog, and affect or infect the results.
Also this, it's like trying to say which of economics or politics rules the other one. Except that in quantum, quantum is ruling, no-matter how crazy it sound. The very fact of this being "crazy" is the basic rule of quantum. Even more crazy, anyone who wants this to sound intelligent and logic, only needs to say "Yes, this is real"
The universe is just a big computer which we are all link to no matter how bad the connection is. Whatever we put in, it will come out at the other end. All we have to think, is to be careful of what we put in, and to be at the receiving end.
Every religions were telling us that it was no use to try to understand everything they meant. And all of them are saying "Ask and you'll receive". But man took this a "sacred un-rightful" thing for man to do. It even forbids to mix or/and include this into something like physics. When in fact it is the basics of physics, and all thing. Man is a pagan being, who needs to put the name God on something which he is afraid to understand.
I'm not saying that there is no God. There is a God, and He is way so way beyond any quantum. It would be insulting him to think that he is any "thing or being". God is in every single thing, but, he is not that thing. Like we are "in this" world, not "of this" world.
The problem, it is that every one and anyone wants to put a tag on quantum physics. They want to rationalize it and copyright it. They don't want to accept the fact that it will never be copyrighted, God does not even copyright this. Copyright is the lowest pagan thing anyone has ever invented.
Wish up-on a star!
Peace
Ghis
