(I'm feeling cheerful) | | | I was just sitting here thinking about my vacation and all of the people that I met last week when something sierraink said popped into my mind. We were sitting at the hotel when he said " you never meet a stranger on a bike" how true is that? Take me for example, I had never so much as said hello to any of the people at Deal's Gap prior to the trip and now I feel like I have made a group of friends for life, I have to tell you I am already counting down the days to next August. (I'm feeling amused) | | Ok This Blog is exactly what the title says... I want to share a story with you all and hope you will do the same by adding your own.
My friend Matt and I are eating lunch at Hooters one sunny day (we were just there for the wings, Honest) and he was telling me a story about a date he had when the waitress comes over (uninvited) and decides she want's to hear the story. Well Matt says, I picked this girl up at her house and it was raining a little, not much more then a sprinkle really, we head out to eat and I got on the interstate doing about 70 Mph when she looks at me and says, "ya know, everytime I get on the interstate it starts to rain harder"! (I'm feeling accomplished) | | | A few friends and I rode the Dragon at Deal's Gap this past week and I would just like to give credit to a class I took 2 years ago called total control there is no doubt in my mind that it helped me enjoy the week and come off the course in one piece.
