(I'm feeling frustrated) | | Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to do a Blog on what has been happening to me. As many of you know I fell and smashed my face into the pavement on April 15th of this year. Well things have not been going as well as I expected them to. To start with My forehead is still numb from the fall, I am having trouble getting a full nights sleep, (My doctor has given me some sleeping pill) to help me sleep all night. I have been getting severe headaches since the accident to. So needless to say, things are not going as well as I had hoped!! I don't want to complain but since my fall in July of last year till now, I have had some BAD Luck to say the least!! I miss all of you, and I wish I could spend more time on-line, but right now I can't!! This is very frustrating!! I have had to leave walking with a cane, and now I am using a Walker. If I get any worse I will have I will have to go to a wheel chair, which I don't want to happen, because I already hate that I can't get up and around like I want to. , Nancy (Surfcottage), I miss you the most, You are the one that got me to join up here on Live Video, and It's been so long since I've talked to you, I Love You a lot and I'm not afraid to say it!! Well I have said enough about what has been going on with me. I just Pray that things will get better soon for me!! Thanks for taking the time to read this blog, I will be around but PLEASE Everybody, I hope you understand that My health comes before anything else!! Take Care Bless you All ~ David

(I'm feeling happy) | | | Hi everyone, I had to post a blog about how if been doing. As I think all of you know that I have come down with Mono, the doctor thinks it all started around the Christmas Holiday. Well it is February and I have to say I'm finally feeling better, and that I will be around from time to time here on LV. I am disappointed in LV, they are deleting any videos that have music that mite have copyright material. So since they have deleted numerous videos that I have posted here, I am not doing any more videos here until I find a way to add music to my videos that won't be under copyright. If anyone knows where I can get some music for more videos here on LV, please send me a message telling me where I can get some. (I'm feeling angry) | | This is a continuation from my last blog I posted.
Nothing has changed for me here, I still can't watch any body's videos here at all. It has now been over a month since this problem first started for me. Live Video support sent me one e-mail saying they were working on the problem, ( AGAIN LIKE I SAID THE THE LAST TIME, HOW LONG DO THEY MEAN!!!) Everyone is asking me why I am not watching any videos, It is not my fault!! I have going around telling everyone that I am giving LV till the first of the year to clear this up, or I'M GONE!!!!
I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year to you All!!

(I'm feeling frustrated) | | | Well I can't believe what showed up in my e-mail today, Live Video support has finally answered my bug report about me not being able to watch any videos here on LV. They said that they are working on the problem and hope to have it resolved soon, (WHAT DO THEY MEAN? HOW SOON?) It has now been 7 days that I still can't watch anything here, and they better not come back to me and say it is something with my computer because it isn't, I can watch any video anywhere else that has videos, Like You Tube, Etc. with no problems at all. I will stay for now to see what happens but I hope everyone understands why I am not watching any videos, it is not my choice. So everyone Please bear with me until this is resolved. (I'm feeling hopeful) | | | Hi everybody, Just a short blog to say that I'm doing better every day with my broken arm. It still is swelling but it is not as bad as it was, so now I can stay on-line longer every day. I will be seeing the surgeon again in about a week, after I have that appointment is done, I will let you know what he had to say. (I'm feeling annoyed) | | | Hi everyone, this is just a short blog to let you know how I've been doing with my broken arm. Well first off, I'm still in quite a bit of pain, my arm swells up like a balloon after I do my physical therapy. The physical therapist says that I will be having this problem for quite a while to come. The surgeon sent me for a nerve test on Monday, because I told him that my fingers on my broken arm were going numb, and he sent me for this test to see if I will need surgery on it. I will not know what the results are from the test until I go back to see him which will be in about a week. If I go by the Doc that administered the test, he said that he cannot say whether the nerve is pinched or not because of the swelling that happens to my arm (ALLI KNOW IS THIS TELLS ME NOTHING AT ALL!!!) I can only spend about an hour on the computer at a time until I have to stop and elevate my arm so the swelling goes down. I will try and be on-line every day for short periods of time. This broken arm of mine is driving me NUTS, since I have Myotonic Dystrophy I still need my wife to help me get around. I'm going to see my family Doc on Wed for a check up, and I'm going to ask him how long I'm going to have to deal with this swelling in my arm!! I can't wait to get back here on LV on a regular basis where I don't have to log-off every hour to rest this arm. Sleeping is another problem, I have not had a good nights sleep since July 10th. the day I fell and broke my arm!!!! The melds that they gave me (Percocet) and (Vikadin) do absolutely nothing for the pain, It is still there, it just numbs it a little!! Then you have to deal with the nausea and the throwing up that the meds cause you to have, (I will never be a drug addict) I can't stand it!! Well that enough for now I've vented my frustration out on all of you, I am sorry, I will end this blog now until I know any more. Thank You everyone for the well wishes, IMISS EVERYONE OF YOU!! (I'm feeling hopeful) | | HI Everyone! Here is an update on what has been going on since last month. First off I want to thank everyone who has sent me get well wishes on a speedy recovery. My arm is still in a brace&sling, and I can't do much of anything. Also,it is still very swollen and black & blue. It's still very very painful (Severe) and I also get nausea. The surgeon said it's a break on a break. Which the doctor said it occurred sometime in the last 2 to 4yrs. On the first break, I have no idea when that happened. I have to start physical therapy next week . The bone appears not to have moved, which is a good sign. If it turns out that I would need surgery, I would get a prosthesis elbow. I see everyone has a lot of new videos.when I well enough to check out everything, I don't know that I will ever catch up. Also, it might be awhile till I get back to you. My wife has been a big help, but she has much to do. I appreciate her taken the time to do this blog. Well take care, thanks again. Till next time, David

(I'm feeling anxious) | | | Hi everyone, just a little blog entry to tell you that I won't be around for a little while. Last Fri. I slipped at the trailer and fell and due to my M.D. I was unable to get up. I yelled for 2 hours trying to get someone's attention. A couple came by and the woman happened to be a nurse. I told her that I felt that I broke my arm. She called security from the camp, and they came and called the ambulance. They gave me morphine, and took me to the hospital. They took x-rays and the attending physician told me it appeared that shattered my elbow and referred me to an orthopedic Surgeon. Monday the 14th I went to see the surgeon, and he wants to see if it will mend itself by putting it in a cast and sling. Otherwise surgery would be quite extensive, which would mean taking a bone graph from my thigh area and using screws and pins to put my elbow back together. I go back on Monday for x-rays and most likely will be in a cast for the next 6 to 8 weeks. I can't do my own typing, so if you respond to this note you may not get a reply right away.
