A BOX OF CIGARETTES

(I'm feeling confused)

I was sitting on the bus today and this guy stood up to get off. I'm guessing it was his stop. As he was walking to the front, of the bus, his cigarettes fell out of his pocket. I watched them fall to the ground and sit there as he walked off the bus. I didn't call out for him to let him know that he had dropped his cigarettes. I just sat there. I felt bad that I hadn't told him that he had dropped his cigarettes. He wasted his money buying them. I should have told him. But I also felt good. I felt that by not telling him I had helped him in a way. Cigarettes slowly kill anyone who smokes them. I don't know. Am I wrong for not telling him..or am I right?
