(I'm feeling sad) | | This morning was like every other morning, wake up, shower, get dressed, coffee and then check my messages online. That was when I remeber I promised to put the little compost bin out and dump the contenst in the big one outside, on the way back however I found a bird, a big pigeon, laying on the grass. I thought for a minute it was a dead one the cats had gotten too when it moved. I figured it would just fly away as soon as I approached it, but for some reason it didnt. I gently picked it up and placed it on the near by trampoline, still didnt fly off.
During the enxt hour I tried to think of what to do with it, as well as take a few photos and a video, it didnt seem injured, or even stunned.
Sadly, an hour later, I went back out and found its head slumped and not moving
It had died
Later we found a little band round its leg, turns out it was a racing pegion of sorts. Ill be contacting the RSPCA later to get in contact with the local pegion racing association.
It seems obvious the pigeon was quite old and just didnt ahve the strength to fly, its still sad, probably cause i'm a huge softy lol.

(I'm feeling confused) | | | Ok, I haven't done a blog in like months but I feel this requires a little bit of attention. Now Tivo will be arriving down under at the end of the month, ready for the Beijing Olympics, NEXT WEEK!
But thats not why I'm angry, you see there is a Digital Video Recorder or DVR war about to be set in this country. On one side Tivo, and the other side, IQ2, which is produced by major pay tv provider, Foxtel. Consider Foxtel the equivalent of DirectTV, basically cause their owned by the same parent company News Corp.
Dont understand yet, basically Oz Tivo wont be able to record pay tv, in other words they wont be able to record Foxtel. Only free to air, which IQ can do already. So i ask you this?
Would you rather spend 700 dollars on a box that can only record basically shit on free to air or 20 dollars a month to be able to do the same as well as recording over 100 pay tv channels

(I'm feeling sleepy) | | Wow, so this is the new LiveVideo. I gotta say it's about Damn time XD. So whats there to say....ummmm Oh yeah expect a new video coming from me in the next week or so. Due to school coming back this week its gonna be a bit hard to get any vids done outside of the weekend. So...yeah.
