I am the proud mother of (2) girls. My youngest daughter who is now away for college is my greatest joy in my life. She is a musician who plays the trumpet & is majoring in music. My life would be non-existant without her in my life. She is what people call a "banddork" . . . hence my title of being "banddorkmom". I mostly enjoy hearing her perform jazz , but I love any music that she chooses to play. I stand in awe of her musical talent, she is blessed & having her in my life has been mine. As more...she leaves the nest, my heart is aching, but she will be starting a new tradition for our family, being a "VOLUNTEER" at the University of Tennessee . . . She is a member of the "PRIDE of the SOUTHLAND MARCHING BAND" Good ol' "ROCKY TOP" ! As you can see by now, I am 100% dedicated to my daughter & her music. I believe in her dreams & of seeing her fulfill each one of them. She is what makes me who I am, a mother. . . I have a special guy in my life to whom I absolutely adore & love. He is what motivates me to breath the air that sustains life. I love him very much !
I love to fish with him, hear him play his trumpet, simply be in his presence. I don't think that he knows just how much love that I have for him. He is my "soulmate" till the end & there after. There that is me. . . smiling !!! less |
