I got my camera today, its a Canon DC220. It records to mini-DVDs. Pretty small and seems nice. It didn't come with a DVD so I will have to go out and buy a couple. I'll buy more when I get to Taiwan. Hopefully I can have my first video up in not too long, but I also want to make sure each of my videos has some sort of point, not just me blathering. FRONT PAGE! I got 'video of the hour' for my LOTR in 3 Mins video. Pretty cool! I have been looking at camcorders and stuff now that I have some spare cash. Once I arrive in Taiwan I will be able to make various kinds of videos with that, for comedy, for edu-tainment, and for vlogging.

Lord of the Rings in 3 Mins!

I have had this video up on YouTube for a while now, it has about 14,000 views, 86 comments, 128 favorites. One thing always bugged me though, it's really choppy! Now I uploaded that same video here and the motion runs SMOOTHLY like it's supposed to. Anyway, check it out!

I hope to get a video camera soon so that when I move to Taiwan I can start making videos for my family and friends!
