I've (finally) finished uploading all of the Cooking With Katie episodes and they should be available to watch shortly. Katie is doing well, wants me to thank you all for the continued comments and encouragement and even has her own website now at www.princessofblackroses.com. I'm sure she'd enjoy hearing from you but please remember that this IS a child and you should respect her privacy and treat her appropriately. I monitor her online activity and if I find that someone is behaving inappropriately   more...towards her (yes, we had some unpleasant comments/PM's at YouTube) I WILL get the authorities involved.

Last summer (2007) while our niece Katie was spending the summer with us we participated in a charity event we take part in every year called the Blogathon. Katie's contribution was a series of cooking videos designed to teach kids with Celiac's Disease (one of my many ailments) how to cook fun, tasty gluten-free dishes. We originally planned to upload them to LV over the course of the Blogathon but LV wouldn't cooperate so I was forced to upload them to PooTube. Since LV has made a lot of improvements   more...to the site lately I thought I'd give it another try. In the next few days I'll be uploading the seven videos Katie made. Please remember that she is very young and very camera shy so be mindful of the comments you leave. We hope you enjoy the videos :)  less

No I'm not gone, I promise. There are just some crazy things going on right now, including the complete inability to make movies with Windows Movie Maker anymore, that are keeping me from being here. I'll be back as soon as I can. I miss you all and will do my best to get back in touch soon.
