But I really did miss coming here and watching you guys' great videos, learning from them, or just talking. Things have been rough for the past year or so, I just hadn't had time to come visit and I truly am sorry. I just watched the Avatar finale last week and I loved it. (I kept thinking, "Wow, I have the perfect song for that clip!") I don't know if I will post anything soon but I want to. I more...don't care about subscriptions or comments or that stuff anymore, I just want to have fun. Thank you all for the support you've given me these past few years. You inspired me to improve and to strive to be better.

Not your usual Zutara music video. Here's what's going on:
Katara is having trouble with her life; her mom's death, the war, and Aang almost dieing more...is too much for her to handle. And when Katara sets her mind to something it's hard to change it. So who's to help her get back on the right track than someone who has been there and done that?
It was hard enough finding clips of Katara and Zuko at night, even harder to find ones of Zuko in a comforting mood. I wouldn't go so far as to call the video "effect happy" but it's definitely up there. The movie seems alot longer than it is. I should know (the song NEVER ends!). Enjoy!

Alright, the video isn't completely Kataang, I just didn't know what to label it. It's more like an Aang/angst video.
more...The video itself is about Aang thinking about all that's happened to him through his two greatest influences: Gyatso and Katara. All the things he's done wrong still follow him as he tries to keep it together and fulfill his duty as Avatar.
I absolutely loved making this. At first I had no idea what to make it about but as I went through it just fit together. I know, I abused the Glow effect a LITTLE too much, but it was to give the effect that the things were going on in his mind or he was beginning to remember them... And I really like to make things glowy. The song gets alot faster halfway through and the video gets much better. I had to listen to each part of the song repeatedly to match things to the beat (for some reason Sony Vegas won't show the song's peaks) so hopefully it's on time. Enjoy! :D

Anyways, about the video. I jumped around, working in the easiest places first and then go to the harder parts so it'll probably look patchy. The song - ugh! - I can't stand listening Chad's voice over and over! But overall, the vid isn't half bad. Not my best, yet... it was fun making a jumpy, clip-random music video of one of my favorite pairings. xD

I know I'm gonna be hated for posting this instead of my Kataang video but it was so much fun to make! I was more...only focusing on timing on this one so there aren't as many "speshful" effects in this one.
Not really fitting for the characters until you realize - every firebender is a LITTLE bit off their rocker. You'll know what I mean. ;)
