is my lifestyle. This is just the beginning for me. I have had so many awesome opportunities and have been able to do a some traveling to compete in different fitness shows. I've met so many great people who all are into the health and fitness lifestyle. My life was so different a couple of years ago prior to May 2007. When I started training, that was the best decision I made at that time. It really changed my direction and my life.
