General
I like to go for a walk with my dog, go to the rifle/pistol range, shop for this and that. It's hot in Florida for a large portion of the year, but when it's not hot or raining, I like to work on automobiles. I hope to someday learn how to operate a sail boat, and would like to skydive. | My Tunes
I like just about everything but rap, and some of that. I prefer older music to that of the main stream currently offered. I love Celtic, Australian, and European folk. I prefer happy, upbeat music. I really like music from the 20's through the 50's, especially big band era. Sinatra, Dean Martin, more...Bing Crosby, Tony Bennett, The Andrews Sisters are all favorites of mine. less | My Movies

I live in Florida, I graduated High School in 1979, attended Lafayette Business College for a while, where I studied Merchandising. I attended for a couple of semesters then joined the US Navy as we were about to go to war with Iran in 1980, and we were desperately short of Sailors. I got out and went into construction, then attended Piedmont Virginia Community College where I studied Criminal Justice. I got certified in Civil and Private Investigation, and later moved to Florida, where I attended more...the Police Academy in St. Augustine. Working security and armored cars before I could get hired, I hurt my back and can't do the running involved with law enforcement now. I make my living in Security as there is no heavy lifting, and have expanded into management, but currently, I am a mild mannered worker bee.
I love to shoot competitively, but can't afford to anymore. I used to shoot in the Action Pistol catagory. I also like PPC (Police Pistol Combat) competition. Someday, after the opressive Obama administration is history, I may try it again, as my eyes allow. I also enjoy archery, but I am not currently active in any sport. I love a video game called "ARMED AND DANGEROUS". It's so much fun! less |
