David Icke: Problem Reaction Solution (NWO Destruction Mix 2009)
This is a video that I originally put together in 2006, but I wasn't entirely happy more...with it. If you watched the original version, you might remember that in the description I said that I will do a better version, so here it is.
What happens in terms of creating wars is a mind-manipulation technique called “Problem-Reaction-Solution.” And it works like this: Let's say you want to centralize power into fewer and fewer hands through the UN or NATO. If you did that openly and said, “This is what we want to do,” there’d be a reaction against that. People would say, “Hey, this is a fascist state you want to create. We’re not having this.” But through this technique of Problem-Reaction-Solution, you can actually manipulate people to demand you do what you want to do anyway.
So it works like this: First of all, you create the problem, but you get someone else to be blamed for it. You then report that problem through the media in the way you want it reported - because the media is owned by the same people who own the banks, etc. You get the public to react to your problem by saying, “Something must be done; this can’t go on; what are THEY going to do about it?” And at that point, THEY, who have covertly created the problem, and blamed someone else, who gleaned that reaction of “Do Something,” then offer the solution to the problems they have created.
So if you take the world wars for example - after the first world war, which the financial centers of London, and Wall Street, etc, funded all sides, power on this planet was in fewer hands than ever before (via the League of Nations). After the second world war, it was even fewer hands on the wheels of power. And as a result of the second world war, we had the creation of the United Nations and NATO; and we had this great centralization of global power.
This "Problem-Reaction-Solution" technique is not just used to create and control wars, it can also be applied to any situation where you want to produce a particular outcome. For example, this technique is currently being used to centralize power in the financial world. It can also be used to introduce new laws that restrict our civil liberties.
So, whenever you see some big news story - whether it be an alleged terrorist attack, a run on a currency, the accidental loss of people's data, or an allegation that some poor country has developed nuclear weapons - the first question you need to ask yourself is this: "Who benefits from me believing this story?" less

It is important to distinguish between contrails and chemtrails. Contrails are streaks of condensed water vapor created in the air by jet airplanes at high altitudes. Contrails can exist in two forms: water droplet and ice crystal. Contrails typically become visible about a wingspans distance behind an aircraft flying at high altitude. The trail dissipates quite quickly, usually within a minute or so. Chemtrails, on the other hand, are visible directly behind an aircraft, with little or no gap between the aircraft and the start of the trail. Chemtrails are said to vary from contrails in their length of persistence. Chemtrails do not dissipate quickly; they tend to form into mushy clouds which can block sunlight.
Some people are reporting what they describe to be unusual activity in the sky, including jets leaving trails at low altitudes, spray lines creating X's, S's and parallel lines, lines that slowly spread to create a canopy of haze, and reports of unusual smells, tastes, and even illness related to the trails.
Also, a reddish-brown gel, dropped from low-flying aircraft, has been observed by people in the past and was even documented on Unsolved Mysteries. Samples of this substance have been alledgedly analyzed by Margareta-Erminia Cassani and found to be teaming with biological organisms. Other tests have shown that chemtrails contain more than 3 times the legal level of the toxic substance, barium. Chemtrails may also be one of the primary contributory factors in the collapse of honey bee colonies worldwide. Albert Einstein clearly knew the importance of the honey bee when he said: "If the bee disappears from the surface of the earth, man would have no more than four years to live."
There are currently three main hypothesis for the purpose of chemical spraying in the skies: weather modification, population control, and testing of biological agents on the general poplace.
Even if we assume that these trails have nothing to do with eugenics or weather modification, we cannot ignore the fact that our skies are being heavily polluted with aviation fuel emissions that contribute towards a host of different health problems. As far as Im aware, jet engines run on kerosene (paraffin). Up until the 1990s, most petrol-driven road vehicles used leaded petrol, which was not only harmful to the environment, but caused asthma as well as lowering of the IQ. The tetra-ethyl (lead) found in aviation fuel and its combustion products are potent neurotoxins that have been shown in scientific research to interfere with brain development in children. Leaded petrol has now been banned for use in motor vehicles. But for some reason, this law doesnt seem to apply to aircraft.
This 5-minute video serves only as an introduction to the phenomenon of chemtrails. I encourage you to research this subject in more detail to gain a fuller picture of what chemtrails contain, their impact on the environment, and the history of aerial spraying that has taken place in many countries. This video is my entry for the Alex Jones ‘Defeating Internet Censorship’ video contest. I have noticed that a lot of people have entered this contest more...so far so I’ve added some of them to the Favorites section on my channel. Please have a look at some of these other entries as well, because they’ll contain info that has been omitted from my edit, and vice-versa.
In this video, from August 4th 2008, Alex discusses in detail the serious issue of Internet censorship and how it is affecting us. The only winners of this censorship are the governments and corporate oligarchies who want to severely restrict our freedom of speech and our ability to acquire factual information from independent news sites. If you sit by and do nothing about the info you hear in this video, you are effectively kissing goodbye to the Internet as we know it. By 2012, the ‘powers-that-be’ plan to turn the Internet into nothing more than a glorified cable TV system where access to anything other than mainstream sites will be highly restricted - just like in communist China. We cannot allow this to happen. Only the power of the people can stop this. If we fail to voice our views on this issue NOW, the Internet as we know it will be gone forever and important sites like InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com will not be there for us anymore. I cannot stress enough how important this issue is. Please go to InfoWars.com and check out the links covering Internet censorship and you’ll see what I mean. Copy and paste the articles and email them to everyone you know, including the mainstream news sites. Post the articles on MySpace and as many other forums as you can. You can also download this video and upload it to your channel and to other video sites. We need to make a big noise over this, otherwise they’ll go full steam ahead with their plans to dismantle the Internet by 2012. Once the Internet is gone, it’s gone forever, and there won’t be any complaints departments to complain to when you want the old Internet back. The time to take action is NOW.
The raw video used for this edited version is from the InfoWars.com site and is available on Google Video. It contains so much important information that it was difficult to decide on which bits to use for this shortened version. I tried to squeeze in as much as possible but I had to omit some really important stuff - such as the interview with Paul Watson - who details some of the communist-style Internet censorship that is taking place in the UK right now. For example, sites like InfoWars.com are now being blacklisted by public Internet access points at railway stations, libraries and universities. There is evidently an agenda in place to systematically restrict access to all news sites that are not part of the mainstream oligarchy. And it’s not just public Internet access points that are censoring the Internet. Broadband companies are now applying the same filtering systems to home Internet users. And if that wasn’t bad enough, sites like Google, YouTube and Yahoo, that use content filtration systems for their users in communist China, are now applying those same censoring systems on users in western democratized countries like the US, Canada and the UK. And what’s more, the main Internet service providers are switching over to metered billing systems, where they only allow you to download a couple of gigabytes per month - and they’ll charge you through the nose just for that! You would easily exceed that limit by watching only a few short YouTube videos each day. If you want to download more than a couple of gig per month, you’ll of course have to pay for it. And that’s just for starters. In this video you’ll find out about all of the main ways in which they are attempting to dismantle the Internet as we know it. It is clear that the Internet is being attacked from every possible angle. I for one will not sit by and allow this to happen. I don’t want to get all my news from the likes of CNN, Fox and the BBC. less
