Oh yes, when you save the movie file of a video, you can import it, and use the effect speed up, I think that's how you do it.

It really plays music from you server, or plays Videos on your Desktop, but it can also play your movie's after you save, but WMM isn't the best program to use, I only used Sony Vegas 8.0 once, but it was a trial. Vegas isn't easy to use though, but more...I don't think you need something to save videos to. If you plan to upload a video though, it takes patience, saving takes about 1 hour with Vegas. I still like it even if I don't have the trial anymore. less
