Taking off from Logan International Airport in Boston and hitting the worst turbulence I have ever experienced over NY (the wings were deforming 6 - 18 inches @ the tips)!! falling and rising 10-30 feet @ at time - My smiling face was in the window as the poor guy in the middle seat was about to loose his lunch and several people wearing their drinks. Best free flight / rollercoaster ride ever!! Followed by an incredibly perfect landing in Minneapolis airport more...with a 40 MPH crosswind and blowing snow by the pilot from Northwest Airlines. (KUDOS)!!
While around town, driving a company paid 2008 Nissan Murano, I had time to visit the the graves of our fallen heroes from long ago to present @ the Snelling National Cemetery (Salute)!!
Along with a tour of the Mall of America - You have got to experience this when you have a chance.
And the National Wildlife Refuge - Educational for YOU & the kids. (Just do it)!
On my flight back to MA we flew over a thunder storm over OH @ 30,000 Ft. and the lightning was lighting up the clouds below -
Better light show than I've seen @ a Pink Floyd concert -
Just happy that the Co chose Northwest airlines vs. American -
as I hope that all affected by the "BS" get some compensation for their inconvenience.
