Wow, I wrote a little caption on a video to make it funny and never thought that any one would believe that it was set in new york city................ and now someone complained to me about it saying it was a bogus title... that they've been to that location....well, duh, what can I say....it was a joke dude,, there was another video that wasnt set in new york either......do you think that the city of new york would have thousands of people sitting on top and the sides of a train.....that was in India..............I changed it to new york to give it a local flavor... but I am sorry you didnt see the humor in it.....And in the future, I'll write on my blogs either...........FJ or FS........ fucking joking or fucking serious, so that people with mental issues can cope better............... | | | | 37 Views | 2 Thumbs Up | 1 Comment | |

(I'm feeling mellow) | | | well, we all know that the TOS a web site has, is for mostly show only.... in a recent criminal trial, with charges against a person for violating a web sites TOS... it was tossed out and the prosecuters were given a bit of a slap in the face for bringing said charges to trial..... so the TOS, [unfortunately] has no teeth... its not a legal matter... it can be applied by the web site itself....and also enforced by the web site.... but... if it is not done fairly and equally, the web site itself may be forced to fend of a legal battle that it has a slim chance of winning... can they ban a person for an offense, while 50 others that violate the same rule go untouched....... as the judge said in his ruling..." if everyone was punished and sent to jail for violating a TOS by a web site... that web site would be empty, and everyone would be in jail....... | | | | 71 Views | 16 Thumbs Up | 9 Comments | |
