I know I didn't use the full song, but forigve me for that, I -had- to shorten it, I really couldn't think of much more scenes to use and this video was more...never meant to be a 'happy' Kataang video, it shows how Aang is left alone from time to time, even by Katara(Like at the EIP episode.) This is my prove that it -is- indeed possible to create crazy abnormal effects video in movie maker, this will also be the very last video made in such a style. I simply care more for timing then effects, beside that movie maker really sucks when it comes to saving very effective filled videos.. you just don't want to know through how much I had to go to save my video. less

Yes I know I said when I posted the second preview that it would be the last, and no I'm not doing this for any attention but it's just that movie maker more...hates me and I wanted to show you guys that I did NOT stop with making this video, I know the video freezes at 1:20 but this is the best I could get for now(I mean seriously every single time I save the video in good quality it just freezes at random moments, very annoying).

I shortend the song horribly, but I couldn't stand it any longer so I just -had- to do it, I wanted to have this video done, over etc. As I already said in the video description, it is my proof that crazy abnormal effect videos can be made with movie maker as well. It's a long story about how and why I got myself to start this project, but I can just easily say that someone told me it was not possible to do so with movie maker, and I did, lol. I will more...never ever make videos like this again, I've went through so much trouble and closed and restarted movie maker so many times.. I'll have nightmares about it for the rest of my life.
Anyway, enjoy the video as it is(When it's done with encoding XD) and please let me now if it succeeded as a crazy effect video =p

| Thursday, January 31, 2008 at 2:14 AM | | I have good... and bad news XD The Kataang vid is doing fine, I bought some new memory for the pc and now I can work on it and it even wants to SAVE the file so I can check if it looks good(you can't check the timing in WMM because it will freeze XD lol) anyway that was the good news. The Bad news, WMM got a new habit of while saving the vid in good quality to make it -freeze- at one point, I had to save the video more then 10 times till I finally got it playing till the end(It still freezes 2 seconds more...before it ends..... but that was the best I could get).
I posted a preview to prove that I'm still working on the vid and that I haven't abanded it.
I also have a sollution for when the time comes the vid is done, my sister has this new computer with lots of memory, so I'll be able to save it on here computer so WMM won't make the vid freeze.

As many of you know, Movie Maker sucks *ss and now it sucks even more then normally, at first movie maker just didn't WANT to save my vid and gave annoying errors like not having enough space on my harddisk(what is stupid because I have more then 100 gig free space) and after I finally managed to make Movie Maker Save the damn vid, the vid more...STOPS around 30 seconds it just freezes, I'm pretty annoyed by it so it could be I'll do another vid at first, I'm doing my best to figure out why it freezes but as long as I can't find the problem I won't be able to finish this video, I'm really sorry. less | |
