K80blog over at YouTube put a call out for vloggers to address hot-button issues at the risk of offending those who find diverse opinions offensive as more...opposed to being part of a global dialog (okay i added that last part).
If you don't necessarily see these times as being "risky", please please please convince me otherwise, and point me to where I can find evidence of it.

ElMiner's moving to Columbia for a better life in a few months. In order to prepare for the big move, he's cutting costs by nixing the "e-life" and won't more...have access except for checking messages at work. He's pretty sure he won't have access after moving, either. (Apologies for leaving any bandana-wearers out- Got the clips by plugging the ElMiner tag in and this is what I got :o)
Jose, I made this because I was sad, but I'm really excited for you and it's obvious how happy you are after having made the decision to go. You're a bright shining light for a lot of us here and you'll be sorely missed.

Spent a week in Southern California recently. It was beautiful, but my reason for being there was a serious one, and it brought up a lot of questions more...and thoughts about life, loss, deception, and redemption. The landscape, at times serene and lush, belied the spirit of its inhabitants, it seemed.
In retrospect, it all feels like a melancholic dream. less

Hol and I traveled from the desert Southwest to the Southern Coast of California to meet Tobie2 and JustAnotherUserName.
We were only there a couple more...of nights, but we had a blast. We met her good friends, played some pool and rocked out with Rock Band. I sucked at the drums but did better on guitar- Hol was a natural, of course.
The next day was Easter and Susan had a basket full of goodies waiting for us (felt like we were spoiled kids!!! woooohooo!) and Pam's folks came over for dinner, which was divine. The conversation was lively and that evening, Hol and I sat on a dark beach listening to the waves and staring up at the stars.
The next day we headed up the coast (vid to come) and met Ruth- Part II!
We came back and spent another night before having to catch a red eye, and we treated the family to a dinner at a steakhouse. Afterwards, we stayed up late and watched The L Word.

Inspired by PyperMarru1's video with same title- things we wanted more...to say, but didn't for whatever reasons. After having done this, I ask myself WHY didn't I? on about half of these.
