My Movies
I prefer TV shows over movies, though I love anime the most.
You see, I was a very lonely child, and there was a neighborhood girl my age who was into Sailor Moon. I thought if we shared common interests, maybe she would want to be my friend. (I had zero friends at this time.) So I watched it, got into more...it... but the next time I saw her she was no longer into Sailor Moon. But, I discovered anime, and realized she was a snob, so I was happier. Before I discovered anime, I somewhat " replaced" my wish for friends by escaping reality through reading. I still did, but I had another escape by then. Now, anime draws in more interactions with others than anything else I talk about... so I'm quite happy I found anime, and not just because I'm addicted to it.
My favorite show is Yu Yu Hakusho, of course. less | |
