Hello
My name is Jarody and this is my campaign/political issue channel.
I Support traditional family values and a traditional family unit. I believe it takes responsible parents to best raise a child, not a village. I believe in rugged individualism vs. the power of the group. I believe in Capitalism, and abhor Socialism and Communism. I believe that solutions to societal problems are best solved through free market more...forces, not through government. I believe the role of government should be limited more...largely to maintaining a strong national defense and to enforcing our civic rule of law. I believe that, given the opportunity, the individual will find a much more productive use for their money than government ever could. I am a Strict Constructionist or an Originalist when it comes to interpreting our Constitution, and reject the idea of a living and breathing constitution that can be changed at the whim of a majority of Supreme Court Justices. I believe that the Constitution is only living and breathing document when it is altered through the Constitutional amendment process I am solidly pro-life, and I completely reject the pro-abortion rhetoric of safe, legal, and rare as completely devoid of moral authority. Why would they want to make it rare if there is nothing inherently immoral about the practice? We have inherited our rights from the men who have fought and died for them, not from government. As such, government has no right to encroach on our freedoms as long as we are not harming our fellow man I believe in private property rights, and completely reject government intrusion on said rights through eminent domain. I believe if you come to take my guns you will only get bullets. less |
