I am doing a remake of the Action 52 series, which will be a review/parody of action 52. So, The old videos are being deleted, but a new and better series is comming up.

Hi. Sorry for deleting episode 17 of Action 52, but I feel that it was a bad attempt of a review. However, I will remake the video, and it will be a better and more hilarious review. It will be the same plot...Sombreros and Storm over the Desert.

Hi. This is our new home to Video Game Stinkers DOT Com. I am currently posting my Action 52 review, but since there's so many parts and that I have to re-encode it for my episodes to be under 100 Meg, I may take breaks and review other games along the way.

Meanwhile, for now, my channel on YouTube is about addressing the need to fix Copyright laws to encourage the free culture in our society, to allow fans to have a society based on a copyrighted work, and to re-balance the copyright law to preserve   more...the public domain. My feeling is that, without fair use, there would be hardly any culture towards the work.

Secondly, my expression of the Smurfs is my personal fan of the Smurfs. I don't own the Smurfs, but rather it's my intention of endorsing the Smurfs, made by Peyo and owned by Warner and Hanna Barbara. I don't intend to infringe on copyright, but I feel that it should be fair use as a fan background to my underlying video of reviewing games. Furthermore, I do not intend to profit off the Smurfs, as it's Warner's property.  less
